Beds were very noisy and uncomfortable

The breakfast was great! Different from the normal continental breakfast offers. We were well-pleased both mornings. The location was excellent. We were able to walk to the Soda City Market Saturday morning.

The air conditioner in our room was noisy. When it turned off, it was quiet... and hot! When it turned back on, it was cool but loud. The facility needs good maintenance. The elevator (1/2) broke while we were there. The bed wasn't as comfortable as expected.

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very nice and clean. Conveniently located close to restaurants that we could walk to. Parking was convenient. The pool was nice and the rooms were quiet. Complimentary breakfast was good with lots of different options and the breakfast staff were cheerful and friendly.

Outside staff could have been nicer. Lawn care workers were grumpy and not very friendly to guests.

The two young ladies in the reception area were the most helpful and accommodating that I've met in a very long time. They even kept the kitchen open to make sure that I had something to eat when all of the local restaurants had closed their kitchens for the night.

Their address may be on 'Gervais St.', but parking, entrance and reception desk are located in the next block on 'Lady St.' & the entrance to the (small) parking lot blends so well with the rest of the neighborhood that it's nearly invisible.

The king size bed had to be one of the most comfortable beds from any hotel ever lol. Usually my back hurts when I wake up but I slept like a bear and no pain when I woke up. Hopefully I come back to Columbus and stay here again. Clean fresh room too. As soon as I opened the door it smelled like they had just cleaned it.

location was wonderful. The room itself was modern and clean.

Half of the hotel was under construction so it was a little cluttered but obviously they have to do that to make improvements. It wasn’t much of a hindrance. The only truly negative thing I have to say is all of the common areas were unnecessarily hot.

Nick and the other staff at the front desk were responsive and helpful from tips on the area, parking assistance and even kid relief.

I would have liked to know that the place was under construction when booking but it wasn’t inconvenient. once the coffee bar was completely empty during breakfast hours. and the message I sent a week prior to arriving was never answered.

I liked how close this was to everything in Columbia.

I placed an order for a high view and got the third floor. the parking situation wasn’t great. I paid to park at a meter because the people who parked were all over the lines and I didn’t want to risk a dent

Location was everything!! Perfect for what we were there for. Clean rooms. Comfy beds. Front desk was short staffed and we were still greeted and served with a smile. I can’t remember her name but she was so pleasant and welcoming.

I did enjoy the pool area, the only downside was there weren’t any towels available. My daughter and I went twice and both times, no towels.

Manager was nice, helpful, and accomodating. Great location. Manager was able to refund our reservation due to cancelation of a sporting event - the reason for said reservation.
