Everything was great, excellent customer service. Lobby, pool area, hallways and room very clean. Breakfast was delicious and they had a variety of foods to pick from. My son is in a travel soccer team and we visit a lot of hotels during each season, this hotel was one of the best we stayed yet.. Updated furniture, The heated pool was working and clean, the room was big and so clean, front desk staff day/ night were friendly and helpful. Also we were next to the elevator and still didn't have a problem with noises.... Definitely recomend it..

Everything was great.

Cleanliness is at the top of my priorities, and I wasn't disappointed. The hot breakfast was a nice surprise, though the potatoes were too greasy to eat. The bold coffee was delicious! Your staff were professional, courteous and friendly.

I went downstairs for a quick swim in the morning. Unfortunately, a pipe had burst in the pool area, and it was closed for repairs. I'm not complaining though, because half of your guests were there because of frozen pipes!

The hotel was extremely clean. The staff were so nice but also got us checked in and out so quickly. Sindy was our cleaning lady and I have never seen a hotel room so clean. We absolutely loved our stay. The location was amazing too, we ate dinner next door. Couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

Convenient location, large room with comfortable bed

When we checked in, we were told we had the option to have our room cleaned daily, and we took the option. However, it turned out to be a battle every day to have the room cleaned. While the front desk personnel always confirmed our room was schedule for cleaning, the actual cleaning staff appeared to do everything they could to avoid cleaning our room. Unnecessary stress that detracted from our overall stay.

Great location if you are visiting Lexington SC. Close to shopping, restaurants, downtown bars and Bubba's Biscuits, which is a great breakfast spot (Only open on weekends).

Breakfast was only from 7 to 9. Would have been great to have it open til 10am.

I traveled with my daughter from NY and absolutely loved the hotel. It was clean, the staff was very sweet and helpful and my daughter loved the breakfast buffet. Our room was spacious and very clean. The location of the hotel is central to everything and is in the perfect spot. Would definitely stay there again!

Great breakfast. The staff went over and beyond there duties. Everyone one was so politie and friendly. The tall black lady even helped my handicap sister- in- law in the car and helped me put the wheelchair in the trunk and another staff gentlemen came and helped it was nice and kind. If everyone in the world could be more kind it would be a better world for my grandchildren to grow up in. Keep up the great work and kindness. Spread it around😸 Have a Great Day

The tub in 212 didn’t drain well
