Clean & fresh smelling when I arrived. I had spoken to the managers @ the cash cleaning deposit. They accepted my NEW Insurance card as proof of address, so deposit was not required! Thank goodness! As a senior veteran, retired & living on a fixed income, AND at the end of the month, AND in the middle of my moving out of state, I would have had to cancel the reservation and find another place to stay. Staff were pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. Hard to guess how last weekend could have been improved upon.

As a first time visitor, the green sign, set back from the road, with lush vegetation, and GPS just giving the coordinates instead of directions to the entrance. I passed it three different times! The buildings and the sign and the parking lot just blended so well within the surrounding area, it was pretty much invisible! But I won't dare miss it again!

The location was great for us. Our niece got married on the 25th near Cordesville.

Someone kept propping the door open for the stairwell door. I stopped by the front desk and informed them. They said they have been dealing with it and I believe them. Every time my wife and saw it propped open we removed what was holding the door open. This is a security issue not to mention allowing bugs and animals into the hotel space. Found a dead roach under the bathroom sink and put it in the toilet.

I like how there was a kitchen inside of the room it made it a lot easier to have something to eat and not have to go out you were able to just buy groceries and use the refrigerator and stove and sink and dishwasher there and there was also dishes and spoons and forks I thought that was very genius

I really did not like the type of pillows in there they're just really really soft I suffered with shoulder and neck pain throughout the whole trip because those pillows were just so soft another thing I did not like was the fact that housekeeping bangs on your door early early in the morning which you know they're going to come but they come very very early and don't give you a chance to do anything it's like they kind of rush you and for the money that you're paying you want to enjoy the room otherwise than that everything was actually okay

Hotel is in a good quiet location. Room was nice and quiet and it was easy to check in and out. Good overall experience and I stayed there many times. The only decent place to stay in the area.

Would have preferred that breakfast had been laid out in the open and that you did not have to request each item you wanted such as juice, sandwich, etc.

The affordability and easy online booking

Outdated furniture and our room phone did not work. Need to update technology for a quicker check in process. having to deal with the cash deposit was a negative for me. I was told to put a card on file online and that was misinformation. The breakfast could be much better too.

Clean, comfortable. Nice people.

HORRIBLE Wifi!! Worse than dial-up. Unusable. That was a big disappointment. Also, the breakfast was still served “Covid-syle,” with a lovely lady having to make you a waffle or get your food for you. There was no self-service, which in turn made the selection VERY limited. All that was available was a ham & cheese croissant or a waffle. Very limited. They need to MOVE past the Covid-style breakfast!

Super nice and clean and the room was very comfortable and spacious. The front desk staff was super welcoming. They had a first floor room for us, which made getting our bicycles in and out quite easy

They still had what appeared to be Covid protocols at breakfast, which seemed a little unnecessary.

Mr. Jenkins was SO WELCOMING! He really seemed like a friend I just have not seen a while.

I was a little disappointed in breakfast, but everything else was so great, I don't care. If I get back there, I will definitely be calling Moncks Corner Inn to make my reservation.

It’s convenient. Not too far from my family

The front desk associates are not the friendliest. They don’t speak they just stare at you. The only associate that was friendly was the older black man. All of the others did not speak at all.

Good variety of options for breakfast, love the waffle maker option. The staff very nice and polite. Love the swimming pool outside,clean and nice temperature and perfect amount of chlorine. A lot hotels put so much chlorine in their swimming pool that you can not even enjoy it.

The container which the waffle batter was in. No practice and confuse. Cause accidentally to get waffle batter all over the place.
