I enjoyed the town for the most part.

The parking in the deck needs to have more cameras watching all customers cars from vandalism, not just cameras at the entrance. Then cameras should be able to see everyone vehicles. Yes my vehicle was vandalized and 911 and the police and your security guard was called and management was notified. Nothing was done to correct this issue. My vehicle wasn’t 30days old. This was very unfortunate that a resort like this doesn’t have more cameras any one could walk by any given vehicle and their vehicle could be keyed and this resort can’t supply any camera information.

Well I was shocked to know that I had to pay a 250.00 deposit or hold. Never had to do this before. The only thing bad about this is if had stayed an extended period that money is tied up where I can't use it. I asked about this last year and this was not the case.I was told it was the way I paid for the room. I paid the whole amount. Causing a hold on my card. I was furious about this. I did get my money back right away..But this is not usually how it works. Usually it takes up to 5 days or so to get it back. I need someone from Booking.com to explain that to me clearer. As I may not be using you in the future Mr Mason.

We love the location and beach. We also liked all the amenities this hotel had on the property. It was also clean. We also accidentally had the wind blow doors open and one door smashed closet door. Made a hole. The staff were very friendly and didn’t charge us and gave us our deposit back.

The rooms don’t match the lobby and entrance and other grounds. The hotel room we had was very outdated and needs updating. The elevators are also very slow and I feel they need to add elevators. It’s a large property. The price was way too much. $1800 for the week for a normal size room. But the location was nice.

We LOVED the view from our "partial view" room. We had 3 views of ocean from our room. The kids could have lived in the swimming pools. There were no vacancies when we stayed a few of our days and there was enough space that you still were piled up with people.

I DID NOT like the indoor pool. It stunk! Also the "amenity" prices were absolutely ridiculous. 2 regular size "frozen" mixed drinks were (kid you not) $38 before tip. Breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids $70 before tip.

Cleanliness. Lots of activities on site. Friendly staff. Ease of check-in and check-out.

One parking spot for 7 guests is insufficient, especially with seniors. Literal 20 minute wait for elevator morning of checkout. On site breakfast dining too expensive. Did not learn about beach access for beach wagon until morning of checkout. We were carrying wagon down the steps to beach.

The furniture in the rooms were very outdated and smelled old. Since I spray everything with Lysol it covered the smell. The other thing was no one on staff to handle emergencies at night. There was a spill or throw up on the fourth floor right outside the elevator. I reported it to the manager on duty but he said there was anyone available to take care of it until the cleaning staff came the next morning. The next day it wasn’t cleaned up until at least noon. Actually half cleaned up.

I like that the facility was clean it was secure you had to use your room card to go up and down on the elevator get in and out of the doors and the parking was strictly enforced.

The fact that I had someone show up the second day that I was there and I asked the staff if I could have an extra parking pass and they did not grant me an extra one they said only one per room per guest.

Stovetop burners didn’t fit and had melted plastic on one. Paid for king size with queen size Murphy bed but it was only a full size bed. Only one parking spot per room. Almost $1200 for a two night stay when I could have rented a full week for less just as close

We love the game room and small store on site. We have stayed here several times and it is always clean. Staff is always helpful. Love the different pools. Can't wait to bring the grandkids!

The only thing we would like to see is more handicapped parking on site. This was the first time that we have had an uncomfortable bed.

I loved the resort and everything it offers but it’s in a not so great area of Myrtle beach. If it was located in North Myrtle it would be perfect
