The rooms were very clean and updated.

The guests who write nasty review are liars. The place is clean and comfortable.

The hotel was right on the beach. The room was clean and I did do the bed bug search and roach search and there was absolutely no evidence of either one. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was fabulous and it being the penthouse there were only 2 penthouse rooms so you basically had 1/2 the floor to yourself. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was another plus with 6 people being in the room. I would definitely book this again.

The only thing I didn't like but really wasn't a deal breaker as I would definitely stay here again, was that the kitchen was not fully equipped. There were no pots and pans or dishes as you would expect to have in a penthouse with a full kithcen. Would have been nice to know ahead of time but definitely not a deal breaker.

The sweet guy who checked us in, Michael, was a dear. Very attentive, very thorough, very caring. We saw him multiple times thru-out our stay and he asked each time he made sure we were fully accommodated, always with a smile. Upon our departure the young lady at the desk was just as cordial and professional; I regret not getting her name. The laundry room ladies always gave us clean, (WARM!) washcloths & towels when we needed them and made small talk with us. All the guests we met at the pool and in the hallways seemed just as happy and satisfied as we were. Our room was great we saw no bugs in or out (except a junebug by the pool, lol). Location was great, pool was awesome. Staff was friendly . Rooms were clean, it had most of what I needed. Beds were comfortable, tv worked good. The balcony was so nice and spacious. Air conditioning worked well, Beautiful unbeatable view!! Parking was good.

I didn’t like that there were no towels in my room. I had to go down every day and request towels . There was not enough outlets, the hair dryer in my room didn’t work, there was no outlet at the table where the coffee pot was. There was a hole in the shower floor that had been poorly patched. I wished they had more pillows. There was only two on each bed.

I read a lot of reviews and I won't lie, I got a tad nervous because they weren't great reviews, and the closer it got to us going the more the reviews were not good... But the room was clean and smelled amazing. We had an amazing view. No you aren't staying in a high end hotel but it was perfect for my family. I can't say enough about this place. Not once did I see a bug. We could exchange towels and sheets for new ones. The outside pool was clean. I loved how the hallways were open with a small breeze running through it. The elevator worked the whole time. Over all I was very pleased with our stay. I will definitely be staying again!! Plenty of parking also!

The elevator is small and had no ac in it but it wasn't that bad. We would take the stairs because of how open they felt and it was a nice view walking down and up them, but they had heaters in them that did make it a tad hot. I only saw one working ice machine which I wish there was more. The beds were a tad small for my liking but were comfortable.

View is priceless, and as always, Shamicka is the ultimate employee. He is always kind, helpful, and always going over and above. As I stated, I have visited the last few years, and because of this sweet young lady, my husband and I only stay here due to her attention to her customers. Keep u p the outstanding customer service your employer should be PROUD and acknowledge without you they would NOT have loyal customers. Until next time all stay blessed

Pool area wasn't overrun with unaccompanied children. Room was cleaned right before we checked in. There's a small shower station at the entrance to the pool from the beach! Unlike other places, parking was not across the street.

Make sure to check your air conditioner is working correctly. Elevators could use some updating. Pool towels should be available at the pool for guest use. Pool gate from the beach should have a key access so only guests can enter.

The location was excellent. I say in the beach every morning. Listen to the waves every night. The fun park is right across the street from the hotel. The staff was great. Everyone was so nice. The manager Shanicka was great. Her personality and professionalism were awesome. We'll definitely be back soon. Thank you from the Reid Family for making our family trip a success!

The hotel rooms were clean you could still smell the cleaner when we checked in. My view of the beach was perfection!

It’s an old building (but clean and without mold) If you are looking for a romantic place…. Keep looking somewhere else Our coffee machine did not work, but receptionist told us to get coffee from her machine.
