I didn’t eat breakfast on the property because it wasn’t complimentary but I loved that Walmart and all our attractions were no more than a 10min drive. I loved the big spacious rooms, all the amenities the resort provides along with a great rate.

The parking garage was across the street from the resort so it sucked when it rained. There was no snack vending machines , only drinks. The breakfast wasn’t complimentary, we stayed for 5 days and never saw pool towels by the pools and weren’t given info on how to get them.

The room was clean and the kids enjoy the amenities

I miss the breakfast that they have during the summer months.

The first room given was not up to par, but guest service were more than accommodating by upgrading us to a queen ocean view efficiency for the inconveniences of the dirty room we were first given. The second room was beautiful. The view the decor and the setup were beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the dresser had ample storage for 2 adults and 2 children. Plenty of towels and soap and very clean.

The first room we were suppose to be in was simple. the balcony was in the front by door and under a shutter. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty

Friendly staff and great oceanfront room. We enjoyed the water park and the tiki bar area. We loved Mrs Renata at the Food Bar she is so friendly and she made sure all of her customers were happy. We also enjoyed DJ Turk he kept the crowd engaged and a fun environment.

I can’t complain about one thing.

My stay with my family was very relaxing and fun.

I saw bugs in the kitchen

Didn’t go to breakfast as in separate building and cold day (morning) so skipped it. Liked the rooms little kitchen and ocean view!

Very Slow check in. Poorly marked entrance to towers and elevators to the tower rooms. Slow and filthy elevators!

The staff was very friendly and even though we couldn’t check in and had to wait they gave us a gift to use the tiki bar and the beds we’re comfortable but they could use more help at the desk . All in all was nice

Loved having close access to the beach and all the amenities. The pools were nice and warm which was nice because our dates were somewhat chilly. The room was very spacious and clean. We loved the jacuzzi bath with a mirror wall, great for a couples relaxing getaway. This place is perfect for chilly/rainy days with the room and pools. For sunny days, you’re right on the beach

Only complaint was the hours of the poolside bar, wish it was open later in the evening! there’s lots of families and young kids running around can be loud, personally we didn’t mind it but some might. They also don’t provide conditioner with the shampoo in the rooms so bring your own!

Other than a few minor issues everything was great.

Stove,and fridge weren't stable.Door had big crack cold air was coming in but we partially fixed it. Tub wasn't clean. Front ac wasn't putting out much heat..

Took my one and a half year old granddaughter. She loved the pools the hot tubs the lazy river and the access to the ocean.

The night before we left my car was in the seacrest parking garage and was vandalized. And almost $800 gun was stolen out of my car. Call the Myrtle Beach police they responded. Called the hotel and was told they have no security except at night. And there's no cameras in the parking garage. The two SeaCrest employees that I spoke to act like they could care less that this had happen to us. A resort that's this nice and has so many amenities and fun stuff you would think that they would care that your property was vandalized while staying on their property. They should at least have cameras. I was told the security walks through like once an hour. To me that's not good enough what if somebody was physically robbed beaten raped killed. There's no cameras. That sucks.
