it was a good hotel, I really did like the hotel. I give the hotel 5 stars

the thing I didn’t like was the pool was not even open, I went to stay there at the hotel to get relax a little bit and get in the pool but it was not even open, I call the hotel and ask if the pool was opened and they told me yes it was. but when I went there it was not open :(

I loved everything about the property. The location was perfect. The staff was very friendly. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was way more then we expected. We were pleasantly surprised. The amenities were great. Access to the beach and pool were very easy to get to. My room was very clean and the layout of the room was exactly what I wanted.

We loved just about everything about the property. Pretty much the only thing we didn’t like is there wasn’t a small table on the balcony to set our drinks and cell phone on.

very nice, clean, newer Embassy Suites. rooms are roomy and modern. Décor is minimal, which is good for the feeling of space and beach-y-ness, but it’s a little lacking in pizzazz. beds and pillows are comfortable, towels are nice and big, in-room amenities are ample and helpful. location is ok. free breakfast, nice gift shop, good Starbucks coffee, guest cocktail hour is a nice touch.

not a ton of great restaurants around the location. the on site breakfast is only decent, though a lot of options. The guest cockatail hour is nice, but the offerings for snacks left a little to be desired. I should’ve checked before we went, but the pool under construction was a big bummer, in addition to be a little annoying to hear right off our balcony.

buffet was good, pool/grounds were great

not enough elevators for size of hotel. they were always full and stopped at numerous floors. bathroom was small, no housekeeping for 5 days unless requested 24 hrs in advance. for a family of 5 we only had 3 bath towels when we checked in and no hand towels. tiny travel size bottles of shampoo/conditioner

Wonderful stay!! Staff was very pleasant. The only complaints we had was the woman that was at the entrance gate was rude and our room was very warm. Miniscule issues! Food was delicious! Definitely will stay again when we save some money. We normally do not spend that much but we definitely treated ourselves this time. Definitely would recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a great stay!

this property is well maintained. we loved all the amenities they offered and the convenience of dining options on the property. it sits right on the beach so it’s easy to walk over to the water. for breakfast and dinner we were able to sit next to the window to enjoy the view. the staff were friendly. I will definitely stay here again. the room was lovely too, it was way bigger than expected, as well as the balcony.

Love the resort area for the kids did not have to travel much with them, Love the diner and the fact that I could do everything at this hotel. Love the access to the beach from the hotel and the view was awesome!

The only issue we had is that our toilet was leaking which kind of mess up the carpet area we had to call for maintenance and waited like30min (after we check in) we was a bit tired so it was kind of an inconvenient.

Layout. Most staff impressive

Elevator wait time and stopping when no room. Sometimes 20 min to get downstairs. Breakfast coordinator was rude a few days with traffic flow changing for no apparent reason. Pool chairs reserved for the day with towels not being used. Actual footballs thrown in pool. Poor safety oversight.
