Location and beautiful resort

The price of food and alcohol drinks are very high! We weren’t aware of the extra charge for beach chairs and umbrella rentals. You need to notify guests when reservation is made…and the rental time is only until 4pm? Not good for guests that enjoy sleeping in and staying on beach later.

Beautiful area, right on the beach!! The pool area was perfect.

I did not like that they should charge to sit on lounge chairs directly in front of pool. We sat on chairs behind front row. When sitting at the beach, the chairs should be part of the hotel cost as well. They stated, " it is all owned by another company", so we had to pay to use chairs and umbrellas. The hotel should pay for you to use beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Please fix locks on door of rooms.

The overall hotel was nice.

The carpet in my bedroom was stained and disgusting. Please recommend that the hotel have rooms without carpet for those who find stains sickening.

This hotel was absolutely fancy and exceeded all our expectations with its impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and breathtaking views. Truly a superb experience from start to finish. The staff was super chill and helpful, the rooms were insanely comfortable and clean, and the views were straight-up stunning. It’s hands down one of the best hotel we've stayed- totally worth it. Can't wait to come back for another epic vacation. The customer service at this hotel was next-level. They were so attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. From handling requests to providing great local tips, Sir Alvin,at the front desk, truly made sure our stay will be unforgettably awesome. Major thumbs up to the team and to you Sir Alvin!

Great pool, beach access was convenient, beds were comfortable and staff was wonderful!!!

I enjoyed the comfort of the bed. And the overall cleanliness was good.

I would like to see more hotels offer rooms that are carpet free. Going into a public place where many people have walked on the carpet is offensive to me.

It is a beautiful location, a short walk to the beach. The grounds are impeccable and beautiful. I loved the beauty of the surroundings, the cleanliness everywhere, the comfort and safety, All of it. A magical experience!

No complimentary coffee in the morning. Some coffee pods are provided in the room but they don't taste very good. The prices of the food were pretty high I thought. All the food was decent but not excellent.

My wife is a clean freak and really doesn’t like any hotel/resort/condo due to the the germ/clean issue. That said, she approved 😊. We still sanitized the door, remote etc. Since it was chilly we didn’t use an outdoor pool and ran out of time to walk the beach. We did visit the bar for one drink. Everything was clean and welcoming. Check in was fast, even with a tiny glitch. Service at desk was good. We used the concierge service for$28/day. For what we were doing it was worth it. The crew there was awesome. Open the door for you, who does that now? They did! Our one issue wasn’t with the resort, but directions getting there and finding the right check in spot. This was after turning off 17 into the neighborhood where resort is located. Lots of tiny turns and signs for all the resorts. It’s easy to drive past the main entrance. So just a heads up. This is not their fault or a complaint. We would definitely go back. Wife not a big fan of MB in general and specifically finding places to stay that are clean and not completely beach worn. So now we have a place to stay, possibly a beach vacay next time.

The property itself is always beautiful when we go there. It is well kept and clean, tidy. It is a big place so it is always a bit confusing but upon arrival, there was a man outside the entrance doors that helped guided people to where they needed to go, which I thought was excellent! He was very kind and helpful! The front desk personnel that signed me in was very knowledgeable and worked fast to get people moving.

The staff seemed a little cross whenever we called the front desk, which was only two times total. It wasn’t a courteous “How may I help you?” or anything like that. It felt like we were inconveniencing them.

Easy access to beach, outdoor pool area was spectacular, lazy afternoons spent in hammocks reading a book. Grabbing am coffee was convenient. Food was good at all property offerings. All the staff were super friendly! Will definitely return again.

Room was a bit tight. Cot was uncomfortable, but my daughter compared it to Girl Scout camping.
