Front desk staff and housekeeping especially friendly and attentive to providing towels, listening to questions. Stayed here because we were traveling with a small dog and needed to be on ground floor for elderly parent. Only cared that the bed, linens and sheets were clean, and they were. Beds comfortable enough for the price. Would stay here again if bringing a pet. There is a pool that others were using, so assume that was good. We didn't have time to swim.

No poop bags in the pet walking area (and of course others don't pick up after their pets). Room key cards hard to use and had to be rekeyed once. Card key reader at exit door did not appear to be working.

The room was comfortable. Everything was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was very well lit. We had a room with a fridge and microwave, everything worked very well for us. The pool was fine. The beach is very close and you can walk. The area is very safe day and night. There are many eating places around. It is an excellent option for traveling with your family and your pet. We would definitely stay here again.

We made the security deposit of $108.00 dollars and they only refunded us $100.00. We would like to know why it was not complete.

The rooms inside of this hotel are extremely clean, comfortable, and quiet. The night staff and morning staff were both very accommodating, kind, and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat... especially if I have my fur babies with me... they were accommodating to my need for two dogs at this location (not case with some other Red Roofs I have been to) and there are PLENTY of space to walk and potty your pet/s.

The air conditioning unit in my room had some clanky every so often... but I wear ear plugs, so not a big deal.

Quiet location and the room and pool was clean. We arrived early to store our luggage but were excited that they could give us a room. Our first room had an air-conditioning maintenance issue, but the lovely lady at the front desk gave us a new room straight away, which was even better. The bed was comfy and we liked having a desk. Front staff were always helpful and friendly.

The air-conditioning unit was loud.

The location to the beach is within walking distance and the price is decent. The maintenance man, Terry (I think) was wonderful and took the sink apart to retrieve my dropped earring. The room was clean and comfortable.

The stairwell could use a paint job, air freshener, and some you could see a rusty hole at the bottom of the emergency door (I don’t like elevators so I used the stairwell consistently).

Everything was really nice; room, bed, cleanliness. My husband and I are Red Roofers for life :) (Lord willing)! I did request a "disability" room because I can barely walk due to multiple sclerosis, and there was a something in the bathtub for me to sit on while bathing. It was broken when we got there and barely attached to the wall, so that was a bit scary, but everything was great otherwise.

Fix the disability assister in the bathroom.

Price point, Friendly staff & great location to family's house.

Still not sure why all the rooms don't have a microwave but at the price point it was ok. Was on 3rd floor and they were remodeling the 4th so had construction noise but it wasn't horrible and not at the crack of dawn which was even better.

Beds were very comfortable. Room was very clean. Customer service was very kind and helpful. Loved our room. Would 100% if not more recommend 🤔 this red roof inn. And I would love to come back soon. In fact we will see you in October. I loved the facted that it was close to restaurants, all kind of shops , airport, last but not least the beach. Will have to take photos next time. Forgot to take photos.

There wasn't breakfast only coffee. Danishes go with coffee. I would of been happy with just that. But coffee was very good tho. But it's not a deal breaker either.

We had a wonderful time staff was very friendly and willing to help no matter what time or how many times you came down to the front desk. They always had a smile.

The only thing was the ice machine was broken on the third floor so we had to travel to another floor in search of ice.
