could use new bedding

It was ok needed more to choose from for sure!

The room had a broken toilet paper holder and as soon as entered the room it had a strong cigarette smoke smell. They did offer a new room and we choose to stay in that room my husband is handicap and to change the room at 9:00 pm after traveling was not happening. I purchased a room spray and soon I was able to resolve the issue. The evening we checked in the service was amazing! Now the next morning was not so nice the lady in the AM was not so pleasant, but waited till the evening when the evening shift changed and asked for towels and other questions my husband needed answered again she was the same lady that checked us in very nice. Thank you

it was fairly quiet, as we were there for a bike rally. parking in front so we could see the bikes.

no hangers in the rooms when we arrived. no extras at all really, not even a dirty clothes bag. breakfast was included but minimal and they stopped serving at 9 on Friday morning. no coffee available. the only coffee at breakfast was in a tiny Kurig that took too much time in the breakfast area. no coffee options in the room but dark roast and I like a lighter breakfast blend. phone didn’t work in room. clock made weird noises and we couldn’t get to the plug to unplug it.

The swimming pool was amazing,it had a place which was 1ft for the little ones with things to run under and a mushroom with water running out of it for the small kids to play and the other end which was 5ft was good for us bigger kids..lol.the hotel is right beside the road and yet it's real quiet of a night the staff was very nice and helpful,we will definitely come back again,beach was very close we had a great stay just wished we could had stayed longer..most definitely will recommend 😁🥰🥰

House keeping never come in to clean but can't really complain because our room was ok

This hotel was perfect for our families vacation! Loved the location, the pool and rooms were clean. Everyone was very friendly! Beds were comforatble and the breakfast was good!

I wish we could have had more towels and washcloths without having to constantly go ask for more. Also no big deal but I got locked in the bathroom, they were quick about getting the door open but it looked like that wasn't the first time that problem happened, and for the last day of our stay we couldnt close the door.

First of all, the bad reviews we saw before we booked almost turned us off. That being said, we booked anyways and we didn't see what all the complaints were for. Some people are just never happy. It's just fine and we were happy with our stay. If you want a good price and a decent room, definitely try this Quality Inn and Suites.

The rooms were newly renovated and clean and welcoming. The staff was very helpful and friendly with all of our family needs and with general duties. The whole interior and exterior were clean and taken care of.

There were previous guests belongings left in the drawers in the room, the only thing that was missed. Otherwise room was appropriately taken care of. Not the hotel or staff's fault, but we had a/some wasps chase and bite my daughter a total of 6 times out by the pool before we could get away from them.

I like everything! The staff was friendly, the room was nice, clean, beds were compy, enough room to move around! They kept the outside area very clean as well! Good price, good area. I would definitely stay there again!!😊😊

The only thing I would suggest is to have something bigger on the wall in the shower so you can have somewhere to put your shampoo, conditioner and soap. Otherwise it was a great stay!!! No complaints!!

The room was cozy, and private. There was a nice pool. They offered a weekend breakfast. And, there are many local attractions close by.

The toilet latch was broken, the hair dryer didn't work, the microwave had to be moved to be used, and the alarm clock was constantly giving off feedback. Also, no one restocked our room, we had to go ask for more towels. Not a big deal, and they were nice about it.

Bed was not nearly as comfortable as when we stayed there last year. Breakfast is seriously lacking. room on the back side of hotel need some cleaning and repairs. Doors were dirty. Last year we were in a room on the front and it was much better.
