I'm retired now but for the last 12 years I was the Engineering supervisor at the Caribe Royale hotel and convention center in Orlando Florida. Our company was super strict in quality of service and one of my jobs was to look for imperfections. Now when i stay in any other hotel i observe the same every time, especially all over the I95 since i prefer to drive when visiting family and friends in New Jersey and Philly. I'm so happy to report that this hotel is perfect. A+ in my book. The cleanliness, the staff, the structure itself deserves a 10/10.

I wasn't too happy to learn that the maids don't eat for free. The employees are the reason for all your success so keep them happy and well trained please.🙏🏾 Give them a good and comfortable uniform so they can feel proud to say to others, (I work at the Hampton inn by Hilton)

Close to interstate. Digital check in. Clean.

Our king size bed had a queen fitted sheet on it so it kept popping off. And our digital key didn’t work on the side door closest to our room, where we parked to unload so we had to get a physical key. Sort of defeats the purpose of being a member that can bypass the checkin.

Breakfast was wonderful! Many options! Nice and clean area to eat. Quick check in. Nice coffee and tea options 24 hours.

We had the handicapped room and the light switches are not on the wall and only on the lights. So I had to walk in the dark to get to the light and I hit my leg on a metal bracket that holds the mattress on the bed. It was sticking out very far. Got a big bruise!

Convenient to my event

I didn’t like the barn door to the bathroom Hard to open & close and no privacy I went to the soda machine on the 4th floor and my soda can came out hot to the touch. And soda had spilled inside the machine and it was left there after I alerted maintenance at the front desk. They exchanged my soda.

We were pleasantly surprised! Really helpful & friendly gentleman at front desk, good location, great price. You can tell that they make an extra effort to keep things neat & clean. They fix the towels in nice, decorative bundles and offer very good toiletries. Also, the room was a good size & comfortable.

Nice and clean, good breakfast, really nice staff, right off the highway.

Bathroom didn't have a fan. Don't think the great renovation is going to last without it. Also, the curtains don't close all the way, so a light bulb was peeking in all night.

Small things in the room, e.g. only one chair, insufficient room lighting, confusing thermostat, poorly designed cabinet on which TV sits, TV not centered between beds, no towel racks, pillows folded double are hard to use

The staff makes this property. When you travel, you expect a clean room where everything works. It is a pleasant surprise when the staff exceeds your expectations.

Turkey sausage. Ugh.

Not to far from the express way. Rooms were kept as our reservtion (1 double bed and 1 King bed) Staff was polite and greeted you all the time. Parking area was good but the property is not responsible for any damage to the car (???)

My room was comfortable but in the bathroom, the WC needs to put some clorox to look better than yellow and I found some hair around the WC as well in the shower.

Breakfast was great. There were a lot of options and everything was cooked well.

The only complaint I would have is that I forgot my slippers so was barefoot in the room and found the carpet to be a little dirty.
