I love that breakfast included warm eggs and sausages, besides the traditional cold ones. Staff was always ready to provide more food whenever was needed, and to keep the place clean. The atmosphere was good and very family oriented. I also loved to spend time in the dinning area at night, or just to see families enjoying their time with games.

Maybe I would like to have some other breakfast options, such as biscuits and gravy or waffles.

Everything was great. The location is perfect, just a short drive to all the sites. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay at this location next time we visit.

Could of had a variety of breakfast options day to day. It stayed primarily the same every day. The pool was heavily chlorinated and burned my eyes being in it for a period of time, My daughter was swimming and I was just watching and my eyes still burned horribly.

Great location for exploring Custer, Wind Cave, Mt Rushmore. Staff friendly and very helpful. Our room had a cigarette smell and they were able to take care of it right away. They also had great recommendations for restaurants in the area.

The pool irritated my kids skin and eyes. There were not always towels available for our family either.

I was very pleased with my stay overall. I only was disappointed by the temperature & water pressure when showering. It almost seemed like there was a problem with the water heater. I was able to shower, but would have preferred the water to be warmer than it was. I am sure this problem will be fixed soon.

We had excellent access to Crazy Horse Memorial, the Wildlife Loop, and Mount Rushmore.

The air conditioner did not work properly on our second night, but started working efficiently the next day, so we did not mention it to maintenance. Unfortunately, it did not work properly on our last night. It was cool, but not as cold as was preferred; like it was in the beginning. With that being said, if we had asked maintenance to look at the A/C after the first night, the staff would have been able to correct the problem. We thought that the outside temp or the elevation might have had something to do with it. We were just on the wrong side of the flipped coin.

Rooms clean, beds comfortable, which is my primary concern with lodging. Breakfast was okay, food not very warm first morning, second day was better.

Better breakfast choices, . Santizer available at entry to food service area, was mostly ignored by guests, should be mandatory. Just an FYI on cruise ships there are wash stations you're required to use before entry to buffet, staff monitor it.

The breakfast was great. Wide selection of items and that were of decent quality and everything was always stocked and fresh!

The floors were really dirty in the lobby and main stairwell. Like they hasn’t been cleaned in a couple weeks.

The breakfast was very good - lots of good options, both hot and cold, for kids and adults. We loved having a separate bedroom in our suite for the kids. The pool was nice and big and the kids loved it. Conveniently located.

Amazing and fast service! Great breakfast. The hotel it self was gorgeous and is in an even more gorgeous location! Beautiful room and an extremely comfortable bed!

The only thing that I could note is that it would be good to have access to a TV guide. Even if it's just a print out of TV channels by name. Other than that I have zero complaints! We will be back!

We loved our balcony room. It had two king beds and a foldout couch. It had a great view of the Rocky Mountain and there man made waterfall. Nice gas fire pit nightly. Pool and hot is a plus. Good hot breakfast in the mornings. Great location

Only dislike was the hot tub hurt your eyes if the jets were on.
