Great location in Custer not too distant from Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park, crazy horse and Wind Cave NP. Rooms were clean and breakfast was especially good. All of the staff were friendly and the staff for breakfast were really nice and attentive to the guests and having plenty of food available.

It felt like the room was a little cramped for a single King room. Everything was clean but would have been better slightly more space with comfortable seating other than on the bed.

Very well located motel near downton Custer with clean and spacious rooms. Our beds were comfortable and we could park right in front of our room. Breakfast was very good with free coffee available at all times. Staff was very friendly and helped immediately to fix the settings on the heating as it got a bit too cold the first night. Very great value for money for this place.

Heating didn't work properly the first night, but probably because we didn't turn on the settings correctly.

Front desk staff upon check in was upbeat and positive. I had questions about local events, available food options, and she was able to give good advice! Later, we received a text offering assistance as needed!! It felt like we were valued customers and not just another name on a page. VERY REFRESHING!!

We loved the temperature and wanted our windows open to enjoy. There were no screens allowing bugs inside.

Breakfast was fine for my husband, I only eat plain oatmeal due to stomach issues and there was none available, therefore I never ate breakfast, I supplied my own. Coffee was unpalatable even when diluted with hot water so that was never consumed at breakfast either. Breakfast staff were very friendly.

No plain oatmeal, only flavoured packs. Coffee was too strong.

We were very satisfied with our 4 night stay at this Best Western. The bed was comfy and the room was very clean. It was a quiet location but close enough to the main downtown area. Breakfast was different every day and pretty good.

The room had a kind of stale smell. Not a fan of the motel room door opening to the outside but it was OK. No elevator but lots of main floor rooms.

Very clean and nice continental breakfast. Staff was very kind and professional. Great off site parking for our trailer and truck. Room and bed comfortable. Allowed us to check in early, very nice.

There was a dip in the floor between our bedroom and the bathroom area.

The location was great - nice and close to Mt Rushmore. I liked that there were 2 rooms for the beds - gave some privacy while allowing everyone in our party to have a bed. The hotel was basic, but clean and affordable. The breakfast was really good and plentiful.

My son found a spider in the bathtub, but bravely killed it and ran it down the drain. Everything else met our expectation.

Clean linens, nice pool, great breakfast! Staff was helpful & kind. The location is good with ample parking. Very attentive staff kept the delicious breakfast well stocked.

The hallways are pretty dark & could use more lighting inside the hotel . General maintenance on hotel bathrooms would be helpful as some of the caulking was not smooth.

The location was Super convenient. The staff was super nice. The pool is heated The continental breakfast was pretty nice.

One of the things we didn't like was you had to walk across the parking lot to get to the pool and they didn't have a hot tub besides that I would stay there again
