The room was clean, the hotel very quiet, the whole facility was very clean. I couldn't get a sit-down breakfast the next morning as my flight was early but there were muffins to go.

What I am NOT happy with is that because the Fairfield Alcoa couldn't see my reservation made by Booking.com, they said, "Let's cancel that reservation and make a new one." I was double charged and now am having trouble getting the hotel to refund the $140 hold. Booking.com's charge for $114.59 also cleared and IS the price that I was expecting to pay for the room. Booking.com is helping to get the $140 refunded. If the hotel still "resists" giving me my money back, then I will contact my lawyer and let him handle it. :)

The staff were extremely accommodating, the hotel is pretty much a brand new construction so it’s very clean and welcoming. Staying here without a car, I really appreciated the amenities in the room such as the microwave,coffee maker and mini fridge. It made such a difference! Location is also conveniently located 5 minutes away from the airport. Front desk was super helpful and gave me phone numbers for airport taxis at an affordable rate. I would just overall recommend this place if you’re looking for something simple and hassle free while you’re traveling.

Hotel was in a good location, new and fairly clean.

Didn’t clean rooms daily. For breakfast we weren’t supposed to go behind tables to get food but attendants were frequently not available. One time during one of the busiest times we saw two employees that had been serving the food go outside to take a break leaving many to go behind the tables to serve themselves.

It was not very clean,the linens were clean but there was a lot of hair in the shower and the carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed very well

We had two rooms that connected and they were perfect! The pool was perfect for families to enjoy!!
