Room was cleaned to within an inch of it's life. Breakfast was very good, and "curated" by the staff - the only person to touch the food. Arrival and departure was quick and painless. I was just looking for a quiet place to crash, so this was a pleasant surprise and a very good location for the money!

Minor issue, really: It was clear that maintenance has suffered somewhat, likely due to Covid and the Great Resignation. There had been some repairs done in the bathroom which were, to put it mildly, shoddy, and not what I would have expected from a Baymont property. The refrigerator in the room was noisy: it made the usual puttering sound a minifridge makes, but in addition, it sounded like a fetal ultrasound was going on; I slept with earplugs as a result.

The staff were great - friendly, cheerful. The room across from us was playing very loud music and being loud so I called front desk and within no time the room across the hall was quiet, so it was very much appreciated that it was taken care of. Breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, cereal, biscuits, etc. The staff were serving breakfast so it was nice knowing many people hadn’t been touching and breathing on the food. We weren’t too keen on the eggs but I think they’re made differently from what we’re used to in Canada - they seemed to be a bit sweet.

Needs updating. The bathroom was less than desirable - the bathtub is old and stained making it look dirty, the toilet paper holder mildewy/tarnished, not really sure.

The Receptionists were very accommodating as we traveled a good way in horrible rain. My husband was very tired as he drove all the way. Baymont let us check-in early. The front desk at Baymont Knoxville TN could train their chain of hotels in accommodating guests. The rooms were very spacious. Breakfast was great. The lobby was very family friendly. The amenities were great. The location was perfect and close to everything. The prices are great. Our families from across the US & Canada would have surely booked our block of rooms with Baymont with Death in Family and our family member who takes care of bookings has your business card now for when our families get together again in TN. Thank you for exceptional services to us.

That it rained and our grands couldn't get in the pool. However, we did like that allowed our family and loved ones to play card games in your accommodating lobby.

A very fair price for a nice place! Pool looked inviting, but got there late and had to leave early. Clean. The two front desk girls were very nice in the evening (checked in about 10pm). I like how the toilet/shower was separate from sink area. Happy overall! Thank you, Wyndham, for not overpricing your rate!! BONUS! Sevierville has a brand new "Buccees!!" Half hour east of Baymont. We'd never been, so stopped for the experience on the way there!

I did not care for there being tables blocking off breakfast stuff. The ladies serving were friendly and attentive. I prefer to look at food before I take it, and get it myself in the a.m. The waste bags for dog clean up were empty. (We stayed Fri to Sat)

Clean room, the wash cloths were folded like a fan shape and toilet paper had "V" at ends (made it feel high class), smelled good. 1st floor was great since I am disabled and easier to take support dog in and out since didn't have to deal with elevator or steps. The breakfast was pretty good too. The omelet tasted fresh made, english muffin with jelly selection was good..

3 pillows are nice on a double bed. But these pillows were each 1/2 length of full size single pillow and all 3 were hard. Maybe have 3 single size with different comfort so they can be positioned to provide the desired support for hrad/neck for the individual..

The room was large and well laid out. There was a chair and ottoman which made it very relaxing. There were lots of restaurants around with some in walking distance.

They seemed to be in the middle of remodeling. They were changing the locks on all the doors and it was very noisy. We went down for breakfast and they were in already putting it away early. Not sure what the reason was, but instead of self serve there were 2 women serving hot food from a table blocking the counters. It did look like a nice breakfast.

The check-in staff was very nice, the hotel was clean as was our room.

The only thing I would have liked is if they would have updated the room rate on the app for having a pet. I learned at check-in there was a $40 extra charge, which I thought was pretty high, but the clerk said they had to increase it from $20 to $40 because of people that allow their pet to tear up stuff in the room; which is ridiculous. Why would someone do that?!? America needs to remember the Golden Rule “ Do unto others as you would have them do to you.” So the only suggestion I would offer is disclose the fee up front.

We stayed for one night and for the value and the little amount of time we would be at the hotel, it was what we needed. The beds were comfortable and overall the room itself was very clean. Not super “up to date” but we were in the room merely to sleep and get ready for the next day. So spending a little amount and not compromising cleanliness was ideal.

The elevators weren’t close by, and so we usually used the stairs. The stairwell was hot and smelled musty. The room itself was outdated, but again, clean, so it’s fine.

It’s in a great location to everything you could want to do, including for events downtown without having to stay downtown. It is pretty clean and feels safe. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful as always. Breakfast is superior to other places I’ve stayed before (shoutout to French toast sticks.) They’ve added a convenient snack bar sort of thing behind the front desk to purchase some snacks or microwaveable meals.

Our bathroom could have been a tad cleaner and it smelled like someone nearby our room decided to smoke some weed at one point, which didn’t leave the most pleasant smell.

The place was clean and the staff was friendly. I stayed in the Red Roof Inn across the parking lot the week before and felt a little uneasy. There seemed to be people living in the facility. This hotel stood right beside it, but was presented well and felt like a better part of town.

I asked for a room with 2 double beds. The beds were tight for my 16 year old daughter and I. I am used to a king, though. 😜. The place didn’t have a hot tub, but it wasn’t a game changer for me. The pool was great.
