This is the 4rth time we have stayed at this property. This is our halfway point between home and Savannah. Everytime it is clean, quiet, the staff is amazing and we feel super comfortable and safe there! Everyone is accomodating and we will for sure be back there on our next trip to Savannah! We added an extra night not planned and the staff took care of everything without a single hiccup! Close to tons of great food and things to see and do.

The only slight thing we noticed was a very strong cologne type smell that was a little overpowering when you walk in. Guessing it was an air freshing system, it wasn't a bad smell but was strong each time we came in or out.

The room smelled wonderful when we entered ( for some reason, this has been an issue as of late, other hotels we smell cat or mold). The room was super clean. Love the shelves/drawer combo in the closet space, the bathroom had extra shelves for toiletries on the wall so that they don't crowd the counter - which was adequately large as well. The shower was large and the shower head was tall for my tall spouse - extra nice! The bed was super soft and comfy as well as the pillows. Bonus - a wonderful restaurant in walking distance to grab a great meal late at night after driving all day!

The drain in the shower was loud? The hours of operation for the gym - needs to open early - 6:00 am for us early workout people The pool was inviting but closed when we arrived

I have been traveling a lot up and down the east coast for my son, and this was a pleasant surprise because most hotels that I’ve stayed on along these big routes have not been so great; old, dated ,musty. It started at check-in. It was such a pleasant experience and I was exhausted, the rooms were great, comfortable,clean, good size. Breakfast available in the morning K-cups in the room…big bonus. I’m gonna stay there on my way back as well.

All of the staff were very kind and friendly. They were very helpful whenever I had a question. The desk receptionists were helpful and recommended nice places to eat and other activities to go while on our stay. The bartender, Miss Ana, was wonderful and outgoing to us. She was amazing in her ability to mix drinks that were delicious! The cleaning people were exceptionally friendly and cooperative with giving us extra towels and trash liners. I wish to return to this particular hotel in the future when I stay in the Knoxville area.

All I want to say about things to work on is the mattress was very firm and uncomfortable overall. I know all mattresses are not created equal in rooms of this nature. I do ask the chain to reevaluate the mattresses. I am not sure if there are rooms that have a more pillow top mattress with better box springs, or if they are all standard in their level of firmness and quality. I would say that needs to be looked into in the future. It was very hard to rest comfortably on the mattress I was in at this particular Hilton in room 224. I did not express this issue with the front desk and will not deter me from returning in the future. I just firmly believe that it's something this particular hotel could improve on.

The staff and the food was pretty great. Decent food for dinner and seemed reasonable with the prices.

Being given a check while eating breakfast I feel like it should wait afterwards or be told before getting breakfast by the person who is working the area. Mines was included however , I was eating and it felt rude. Idk maybe I’m being too much

Repeat guests. Always a great stay here - rooms are clean and spacious. Updated as well. Property is clean parking plentiful. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Outdoor fire pit is awesome. Breakfast at the restaurant was high quality and delicious too!

Staff professional, facility pool and gym excellent, room clean and comfortable, easy access to internet, and easy access to Knokville.

This is the first time breakfast required a payment of $14.95 for each person. My past experiences did not include costs for breakfast, yes there was an ala carte option. This caught us off guard. The next morning we went to the waffle house.

Clean nice room.dinner was good.great staff for most part

Breakfast NOT included..very expensive..$14.95 for plate of Just scrambled eggs that were cold and over cooked.person from kitchen very rude.Did not realize breakfast was not included.gave us a bill for OVER $30.not a good value when breakfast is as much as dinner or more.

The only problem I had was trying to work the AC. I mean it shouldn't take a brain scientist to figure out how to turn something up or down but I couldn't get it .The staff offered to send someone up but i Was already in my bed clothes and fortunately they were able to work it from downstairs. The black out shade had a small hole or two But nothing too serious. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in and the room was very large and clean.The staff were wonderful. The location great. Next time I stay there I will just have them go over the thermostat with me before I get into my bed clothes. It was a great hotel.I would highly recommend it overall.

The staff was amazing! It was very relaxing. I loved that anything we could have needed or wanted was available. It was so quiet!!!! No noise from the hall, the road nor anyone in rooms near us and we were right at the elevator and we heard NOTHING. The pool is beautiful and so is the outside. The beds were so comfy. We did miss the hum of the air conditioners. We had forgot our fan at home and needed white noise but there was no noise at all. Haha

There are tiny things like the toilet seat was loose and so was the toilet paper holder. I'm positive if I called down to the front desk they would have sent someone up to fix it but I didn't feel like it was worth having someone come interrupt our stay. Also the pool was a bit cold for being an indoor heated pool.
