The room met or exceeded our expectations. The view from our balcony was great. In the evening we sat out on the balcony with chocolates and a glass of wine and watched the river traffic till well after dark. The river walk was right out back. Patio with restaurant and bar outside were excellent.

Breakfast was ok. Sausage and biscuits were not available every day. Gravy would have been nice. Scrambled eggs- I don’t know what they were. Is there such a thing as rehydrated scrambled eggs? Sure seemed that way. Some fruit like melons, grapes, strawberries would be great. Bananas were brown but some folks like them that way.

It was a beautiful place. The room was amazing. The staff was super friendly. I loved that we could take the river walk straight to the aquarium and it only took 10 mins. Beautiful views. The pool was nice and didn’t stay packed at all. Breakfast was good also.

The second day we was there the riverfront road to our hotel got closed off for an event and I got lost in town after going to Walmart because it kept wanting me to take that street. Idk how they can just shut a whole road down for days in a big city like that. So when it comes to location it’s a no for me.

Love the location and the restaurant. Everyone is nice and helpful. The valet guys rocked!

The room set up is weird. You have to turn the tv to watch it from the bed or couch but both people can’t see the tv from the bed. The desk area is too long to see it so you’re only seeing half a screen. You pay too much money to only see 1 half of the tv when you want to relax in the bed. Very awkward….

Good location, new facilities with nice clean rooms. Pretty standard hotel breakfast, no complaints. I did really like the restaurant by the river with lots of outdoor seating and the walking path into downtown Chattanooga. Very good for a large group.

Everything was fine. The pool and fitness center are fairly minimal, but that’s not what we were there for.

The room was large, clean and quiet. We enjoyed having a suite, the pool and hot tub were nice. the breakfast was good although it would be nice if it were available until 10 am. Having coffee available all day was great. There is a lovely patio area with nice furniture and fireplaces that overlooks the river. would be a nice place to relax in good weather. The staff was friendly.

Our room lacked storage, had only 1 towel rod and the shower head dripped constantly. To be fair, we reported the issue but told the desk we really did not want a plumber there while we were there. We stayed 2 nights and no one ever came to clean the room or empty our trash. We had a balcony but the screen was broken. None of these issues are major but I expect more from a Marriott property. Also did not like that parking was $14 per day. I knew this when I booked and we were expecting a parking garage. This was just a large parking lot right there on sight.

We did not use the complimentary breakfast due to time issues. The location on the water was beautiful and very close to where we had to be. The room was extremely comfortable and had lots of room! After our dinner with friends, we all had drinks at the bar area! The Bartender was awesome and the overall atmosphere was as well!

We did not find anything that we did not like.

We liked everything about the room and the staff was wonderful

We had some people above us that were really loud and had to call the front desk multiple times unfortunately the first four times we tried calling we couldn’t get a hold of anyone and then we finally got a hold of somebody and it quiet down for a minute, then went back and we called again, and the same thing it quiet for a minute, and then it went back to being noisy so we just gave up

The river view was amazing! The room was very spacious and the whole facility was incredibly clean

I think it's ridiculous to charge for parking. The room is already $200/night. That should cover the $18 per night parking fee. The night desk clerk was on the phone when we got there and continued her conversation for much longer than she needed to while we waiting to check in

All staff members were exceptionally nice, especially facilities. Check in was quick. We were provided with an early check in, upon request. Room was in great condition. It was very nice using the provided soaps and shampoos. The hair dryer was also quite nice. Great water pressure. I really appreciated how the thermostat in the room was accurate and quick to adjust. The coffee in the room was delicious, smooth, and comforting. It was a thoughtful touch to provide both mugs and to go cups. The pool/hot tub was a blast and my kids loved it. Breakfast was great with a wide variety. Check out was a breeze. Scotties was convenient and delicious. Again, an extra shout out to the phenomenal facilities staff!

I thought it was a bit strange there was no bacon or waffles/pancakes served at breakfast. But this was definitely not a deal breaker and I was still quite pleased with their selection.

Location was great with an outstanding restaurant on site. Large comfy room, comfortable bed, and the pool and spa facilities were great.

Elevator issues... we stayed on the 2nd floor and the down call button for the Elevator stopped working, and only one Elevator was working.
