Charming, clean motel, with friendly staff. They were welcoming when we arrived and left. Coffee/tea/fridge in room and we were able to watch TV. The breakfast area was clean and comfortable. Overall, we felt relaxed and welcome. Food next door was excellent, and they even brought it to our room, which was appreciated. Close to several waterfalls and hiking.

The light from the outside coming in the room at night made it difficult to sleep, but appreciated the area outside being well lit. There was a towel policy if they were dirty. Black hand towels were provided for makeup removal and cleaning spills, which is a great idea. However, the thought of being charged if you grabbed the wrong towel didn't sit well. Especially with great hot wings brought to your room. I would stay here again.

Clean, well-appointed and spacious room. This motel is a gem. The bed was comfortable and the room well-lit. We had a fridge and microwave and there was also a light breakfast in the lobby (cereal, toast, yogurt, sausage biscuits, fruit, juice, coffee, granola bars). Friendly staff!

A little expensive compared to other properties we have been staying at in this part of the state. The chairs in the room were uncomfortable, but still nice to have a table and chairs. We could have used more than 3 hangers, but also did not ask for more. The room was ready for our arrival (lights and a/c on), but the lobby and room were at frostier temperatures than they need to be (66F in the room). Not the motels fault, but the room next door ignored the no smoking within 25 feet of a door or window signs posted everywhere and dragged a patio chair from the adjacent room to smoke incessantly in front of their room. Small, picky issues.

The bed was very comfortable, in-room coffee was very good, all interactions with the staff were very positive. The key provided in the lockbox made late check-in a breeze. There was a good variety of food items at breakfast- fresh fruit, dry cereal/oatmeal, breakfast biscuits that could be heated in the microwave, yogurt, donuts,granola bars as well as milk/juice/coffee/tea.

I wish that breakfast had started before 7:30 so my husband could have partaken of it before he started off on the annual Cycle Sequatchie bike ride.

The location was perfect for me. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean and nice.

The furniture reminded me of a house being staged to sell. Everything looked great, but, other than the bed, the furniture was not very comfortable and inviting to actually use. I only probably noticed this because I needed to work at a computer for 8 hours a day while I was there, so for most, it was probably fine. That being said, I asked to borrow a more comfortable chair from the breakfast area and they were very helpful in supplying that once I explained about the problem. They went above and beyond to do their best to make me feel comfortable while I worked.

Cute as can be. All up to date decor. Very comfortable beds. Pay the extra and stay in larger room if your there for longer stay. Feels like you’re at home.

While everything is very clean I feel floors need to be better. My granddaughter was walking around barefoot and her feet were so dirty. She was in another room but my room was the same. Wear slippers. Hotel should use a professional floor cleaner. I love the floor though…no carpet.

This motel is adorable! It's so cozy and comfortable, We ate at the restaurant and it was fabulous too! All of the staff we encountered were wonderful. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone traveling in the area.

I can't think of anything I would change. It has everything you need and more.

I loved how clean and cute it was! I am not going to lie I want to recreate the dining space in my own home. Everything was so perfect and cute and comfortable as well

I wasn't greated when I went to eat breakfast. And the breakfast was all walmart bought carbs so if you need protein I would go to dunlap restaurant

The rooms were very spacious & clean. The beds comfortable. Staff very friendly & accomodating.

The facility was too close to the main street for my liking. Our particular room for as big as it was, did not have enough flat surfaces to place your items. Under furnished no droors to put clothes in.

Booked late last minute and the owner sent message back immediately to assist me getting there and letting me know the office would be closed on Sunday if I needed additional help she was available via text. Place was cute; quaint, clean, decorated so nice. All around amazing place. Would return!!!!

Wish office was open on Sunday so I could’ve had breakfast on premise.

We had the deluxe king suite and it had been recently renovated. It was gorgeous, clean, and spacious. The AC worked great! I loved that all of the doors were painted a beautiful different color. Outside was clean and well maintained. They offer breakfast but we had to leave early so did not get to eat. We would definitely stay here again.
