breakfast was always good, we enjoyed it very much.

housekeeping staff was a joke overall, we had to find them on a daily basis ask to have our room made up, for towels, etc. we were told by a night shift desk person that they don't clean on a daily basis, which was unacceptable. We spoke with Shannon the next day and she got things done that day, but the next day was the same thing. I have been staying her for over 20 years and never encountered anything like this and staffing was not a problem they had plenty of it.

This was the cleanest property I have stayed at with over 200 stays at various hotel chains in the US. The staff were all polite and extremely helpful. The breakfast was very good and the staff we spoke with friendly and very attentive.

S-Mode computers will not connect to the internet due to the unapproved app required to establish a connection. Pricing was higher than I expected for the area.

Friendly staff and especially the wonderful employee that was working the breakfast. She was very attentive and with the best attitude i have ever seen. My husband and I do alot of road trips and have stayed in many hotels and i have to tell you this is the first time i actually went to the front desk and let them know this employee was absolutely wonderful.

The breakfast was great!! They had everything you could think of to eat. The staff was very friendly and kind. Rooms was very large and clean. Will stay there again.

Great breakfast and the area is quiet. I have stayed twice and the rooms are always great. Bed is comfortable. The pool just opened up the second time I stayed and got to enjoy it after a day of work.

The Best Western in Fayetteville, TN, has an excellent breakfast selection. The room was spacious and clean. With their recent renovation, Best Western has become the best hotel in Fayetteville.

Booking.com did not make the hotel reservation for me. When I arrived at the check-in desk, they had no record of me. I relied on the confirmation sent to me by Booking.com, and did not call ahead to confirm the reservation. My mistake!

Clean and comfortable room, decent breakfast

On arrival we were told our booking had been for the previous week, Booking.com had failed to cancel on original reservation and rebook the correction, receptionist arranged our stay.

Great breakfast, every staff member we met was very kind and helpful, the rooms were very clean and the location in convenient as well. Very close to restaurants and stores as well as the town square.

The lock on my door was a little dittsy. Also when I tried to make reservations through Great Western, the girl might have been a little off kilter because she got everything wrong and I had to cancel the reservation and book with booking.com.
