We absolutely loved everything from the breakfast to the location.We loved the heated pool.Room was very clean bed was really comfortable the shower was great big bathroom location was great because the hotel is so close to different restaurants & a couple of strip malls including a Skechers Store& a Burke's Outlet Restaurants close by Rosie's Mexican Cantina Logan's Roadhouse IHOP Buffet 88 Phil Sandoval's Mexican Restaurant Burger King Smoothie King Toyko Japanese Restaurant The Rice Box etc . & there's also two gas stations close by the closest one was Circle K their hot foods is very good & tasty & they accept EBT it was the perfect location & I would definitely recommend this hotel to family & friends & I would even recommend this hotel to a total stranger..

There's not one thing that We did not like

Great location near restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Indoor pool was small but heated and clean. American breakfast was carb heavy but had good selection for family overall. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was clean. Will stay again.

There were a few cosmetic issues like cracked bathroom counter or scuffed base of the door but was clean. Our only issue was the hair dryer didn't work in our room. We reported it to front desk at checkout. Definitely not a deal breaker.

The property was in good condition for being in an older property. It was very clean. and the staff was wonderful from the opening hello. The breakfast attendee really understood hospitality. She greeted us when we arrived, offered to clean the waffle maker before we used it, cleaned every table as people left the area, and wished everyone a safe journey.

The carpet in the hallway and rooms was a little worn.

The room was immaculate! I always do a black light test when staying in hotels, and this room was the cleanest that I've seen. Porscha at the front desk was great to work with. I will be using this Comfort Suites for my future travels to Huntsville.

I didn't like the outdated facilities and lack of storage space in the shower.

The property is central to most major locations in Huntsville. The convention center and the Space Museum were both a short drive away. There are restaurants within walking distance. They had a great variety of breakfast items in the morning; fresh fruit, waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, muffins, and bagels. We had a comfortable, nice sized, room. staff was friendly and accommodating.

The pool was tiny, but I liked that it was indoor.

The light was blown in the entry area of our room. The smoke alarm sounded off at 2:00 in the morning. We couldn't get anyone from the front desk on the phone. My husband went to the lobby to find a hotel associate. She said no one else had reported their smoke alarm sounding off and that she didn't know how to turn it off. She said she could call her manager if it continued. It continued on and off for about 15 minutes and then stopped. It was very loud and woke us out of our sleep. I'm very surprised that no one else heard or reported it. Fortunately, our 3 year old stayed sound asleep.

There was only a few things that could be updated/fixed but otherwise we loved our stay there. Although we did not need it, there are adjoining rooms so the area would be perfect for a larger family.

In the pool area there could be more ventilation and the light needs to be fixed but they were not deal breakers in the least. The breakfast could be a tad updated but that also isn't a deal breaker.

The hotel was comfortable and quiet and it met all of our needs for travel. The breakfast was good with enough options for everyone in our family to get what they wanted or needed.

The beds felt a little small, but were still comfortable. The staff were present but not overly friendly at this location. However, we have no real complaints about the hotel.

The location was really ideal. 10 minutes from downtown, the space center and the botanical garden.

The facilities are definitely old but the front desk people said they were working on updates.

Great location! The room was clean and the beds and pillow wedge very comfortable!! The breakfast was good. We really enjoyed our stay.

The water in the shower would not stop dripping. We did not contact the desk - it wasn’t a major problem.
