Marcie on the front desk was a blessing! She was so helpful and kind at every step. Every worker I encountered here was cheerful and greeted me. The room we had was spacey with a pull out couch, mini-fridge, microwave, and good closet space. Honestly didn't realized this place had breakfast, so it was a really pleasant surprise. Good selection, including waffle makers. We used the gym and really appreciated the cooler full of waters. The neighborhood is super cute, a couple of restaurants you can walk to!

One of the prepackaged, refrigerated grab and go items from the breakfast area had mold on it.

The staff were helpful and accommodating. The facility was clean; which is a huge plus as it relates to any hotel. The room was very nice as well.

The opaque door for the bathroom was a bad idea in that anytime the light was turned on it lit up the sleeping area. Also, an exhaust fan in the bathroom would be a good idea. Steam accrual is a constant plague for bathroom mirrors. Road noise was, at times, somewhat annoying. However, it was not a deal-breaker. The sliding glass in the partition between the sleeping area and beds had been "fixed" so as not to allow them to be used. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I was truly impressed with the attention provided by the staff, from check in to check out, including the breakfast attendant. The room had a very nice layout. My only regret was that it did not have a refrigerator with freezer section, rather than just a food cooler.

I absolutely adored the front desk associate Mrs. Marcie she made my check in as well as my check out an absolute delight! When I went up to the room I can honestly say that the pictures didn’t do it enough justice, it was absolutely beautiful and the cleanliness was top tier. I enjoyed my entire stay!

I loved everything.

The staff was so nice and helpful, no matter the shift. The housekeeping crew was very thorough when cleaning and replacing linen. The room exceeded my expectations.

The only thing I did not like if the outdoor pool. I would rather have an indoor pool so it could be used year-round.

My room was so Spacious and Comfortable! It had everything that you want and need for a great stay!! Shopping, adult activities, and dining is also in walking distance right here at SpringHill Suites!

The friendliness of the staff. Property was clean. Breakfast was nice to have.

The bathroom. No door to toilet area, the big sliding door was not really quiet or efficient. If someone is using the sink area, nobody else could use the toilet or the shower. Very poor planning. Hot foods on breakfast bar were poor quality and put in water to keep moist, however it made everything flavorless and rubbery.

The breakfast was very good each morning we were there.

The street noise was pretty bad but I know the hotel can not control that. There were little kids that kept knocking on my door the second morning we were there and the parents did nothing to stop them. That is also not the hotel's fault... just bad parenting !

The front desk staff was amazing. They were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. The location was perfect. Such a luxury to be able to walk right out of your hotel to restaurants in a park like setting…very tranquil.

Everything was nice. The offered bottled water upon arrival. There were 2 elevators and they both worked. The room was clean and the bed slept wonderfully. The breakfast bar was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay here.
