Everything. Truly an amazing stay, beautiful property, with excellent location. But the silver lining is in its staff. From checking in, to calling on the valet, it was the staff who took our stay to another level. It’s the little things

For the spaciousness, the room was severely low on hanging space. Taking in consideration bath towels and robes, even a handy hand steamer for your business or leisure clothes, there was only one dual sided hook to be had. Truly my only complaint from our amazing stay in a beautiful hotel, with the most gracious and courteous staff.

Friendly, helpful, engaged staff! Manager was there opening doors for people and engaging with people. Front desk staff were always helpful and saying hello. Valet staff was top notch as well. Cleanest stay we’ve had to date. They truly go above and beyond.

Being able to stay overnight in downtown Franklin. All people were very friendly and welcoming.

NEED another MIRROR (Mirrors) somewhere besides JUST the BATHROOM !!!!! It was VERY inconvenient!!!!! We had a “suite” with a pull out bed & not even a decorative one in there. For 3 women, it delayed us SO much !!!

This is a beautiful property conveniently located in the charming town of Franklin. Property was very clean, gym was nice and beds were comfy.

Breakfast cafe in the hotel was overpriced and not good. Hair products in shower were not great. Rooms are pricey for the size, but I suspect that’s because it’s a cute town where everything is expensive. Wifi was not great and I don’t want to have to join Hilton club just to get wifi.

Perfect location to stay while exploring Franklin. Great coffee shop, bar and restaurant. Helpful staff. Covid precautions in place - noted full staff compliance but not so much with guests.

It baffles me why there are zero towel racks in the bathroom. We are happy to reuse towels if we could hang them to dry ! The shower is built so there is no option to hang over the door either.

Everything! The hotel itself, location and staff. The food at the restaurant was amazing and the drinks at the bar were well crafted. All the staff was super friendly and helpful too.

The Bar closed a little early for us but that really is the only thing.

We loved the food and service at dinner. Wonderful all around.

When we came down to eat the hostess told us they weren’t taking walk ins. We could sit at the bar. I think if you are staying in the Hotel you should be able to be seated in the actual restaurant. Plus they turned away lots of big groups and didn’t mention they could sit in the bar and lounge area. I’m sure staffing is limited right now. We ended up liking the bar just fine.

They were so welcoming and even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne when they heard it was our anniversary. Such a wonderful experience

the property was absolutely gorgeous.

parking was $40 per night in the parking garage. Other than that parking was available IF you could find a space on the street. I’d think for $500 per night parking could be provided.

Convenient location to downtown shops and restaurants.

Room wasn’t ready when we checked in at 4:20 PM. We received a complimentary cocktail while waiting. Was told room would be ready in approximately 45 minutes. Was told they would text us or find us when room was ready. After and hour and 15 minutes, I stopped at check in desk to see how much longer. Our room had been ready for a while....after a long day on the road, was disappointed to not have been notified!
