Breakfast was great, location is perfect. Very good space in rooms. Great customer service

Pretty much everything was perfect except for one item. The strong perfume smell in the room was unbearable. Ive never stayed in a hotel with a perfume smell that strong. I'm guessing it's from the cleaning products. It's not a mild perfume smell that's lightly permeating the air, it's as if a perfume bottle is being held up to your nose. Our family had to go outside just to feel like we could breathe a breath of fresh air to escape it. If this gets modified/fixed...maybe with more natural products..then my rating is a 10 out of 10. If that doesn't get adjusted, I'd have to overnight stay somewhere else because the smell also interferes with your sleep and can cause headaches

Didn’t like I was given a room on the street side when I specifically ask not to be there. Once I got to my room & saw it was street side, I asked the front desk girl why and she said they were “full” and didn’t have anything else?? I told her she should have said that when I asked NOT to be placed on the street side but never said a word?? It rather soured my experience! Poor customer service!!

Room was great! I felt at home. Kitchen was stocked with necessary items. Very comfortable.

Pool was freezing. We were in town for a funeral and I was hoping my husband could take my kids to the pool while I visited with my relatives. Unfortunately, they could only handle 20 minutes of swimming 🥶 They were pretty disappointed.

Check-in was nice and easy. The employee at the front desk was friendly and courteous. We had two rooms. A king suite and a 1 bedroom double queen suite. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. The beds were very comfy and the linens were very nice. The breakfast in the morning was good as far as hotel breakfasts go, and there was a good variety of stuff to choose from.

That we were only staying the one night passing through on our way to Florida.

It wasn’t too far from downtown Nashville, there’s grocery stores all around, there’s restaurants and the room itself was way nicer than I had expected. All of the hotels closer to Nashville were wanting way too much and I found this room for a great price and it was way nicer than anything I would’ve paid 200+ a night for elsewhere.

Location, charging station for Tesla, fitness facility, large room, comfortable beds and access to many commercial places.

Food was pretty mediocre...in particular the eggs were usually luke warm at best. We were in a room on the 3rd floor and people above were running around all night and it was disturbing our sleep.

Great property for the value. The rooms were clean, the property was well kept, and the staff was very friendly. Great social events at night.

The hotel did not have a bar, but they had happy hour with wine and beer.

It was in a good location, nice clean place, friendly staff. We got up Saturday morning to a dead car battery, ask front deals for someone to call, they had a jump box:). Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast area was small. One of the waffle makers were broken, lot of people were waiting in line.

VERY clean hotel! Hotel staff were extremely nice, always asking how things were and if I needed anything every single day! The pool was very clean and not over chlorinated like most hotels I've stayed at in the past.

Breakfast wasn't that great BUT there were lots of options to choose from..I just didn't have time to go back and get something else.

Trash wasn't taken out in room, maids waited outside of our room for 30min before we checked out (week within checkout time) which we felt pressured to leave.
