Room was nice. Clean

When I got there to check into my room nobody was at the front desk. I waited approximately 6 or 7 minutes. Before I called the front desk phone and let it ring until it just timed out about 10 minutes and hung up on me ..then another customer came in and he looked around. I called beck and it rang for about 7 additional minutes before the lady showed up and said she had to help another guest in his room.. a little fishy.. besides that fiasco it was good

We were traveling with our two dogs and they made it so convenient for us and I appreciate that so much because they are our family if I come that way again I will never stay anywhere, but the Hampton Inn in Kimball

They placed us next to the back door so we could take our dogs out. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The girl who checked us in was wonderful.

I never have a bad experience at Hampton. I love the cozy bed, and the front desk is always professional and friendly

I have bragged about the Hampton breakfast for years. I thought the breakfast at this hampton was good but it did not have the variety that I had been used to at other locations. Still a good breakfast, just not what I had experienced before

Honestly, we were somewhat disappointed with the king mattress. Having stayed in many Hampton hotels over the years, it just wasn’t up to the comfort level we have found in most Hampton Inns. Also, the sheets were too small for the mattress and kept coming off. Disappointing.

A newer property, we’ve stayed here a couple of times. Easy freeway access..

Next time we stay here I’m going to ask for a room on the third floor; or, if on the first or second floor, request a room with no one on top of us. We had a River Dance above us at 6:00 a.m. Not an ideal way to wake up. The breakfast was dreary—powdered eggs, cheap and overdone bacon, pre-packaged pastries that were dry. One would think Hilton could do much better.

The location was perfect for our needs. The staff was amazing! Barbara in the breakfast area was so sweet and attentive. Tristaca at the front desk was very warm and helpful

Great location. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. The free breakfast was good.

The bed could’ve been more comfortable. It wasn’t bad, but an improvement could be made by adding a plush topper for extra cushioning.

We got to the hotel pretty late and check in was very simple and fast. We had some laundry that needed washing right away and we were very pleased with how convenient the washers and dryers were. Breakfast was wonderful and was a huge reason we chose to stay here. The hot breakfast was great for our toddler.

The folks at Kimball went the extra mile for me. I left my planner behind and they kindly forwarded it to my home address. That planner is my lifeline. I am so grateful they recovered it and agreed to send it to me.
