inclusive drinks, snacks and breakfast. we also liked the location of the hot tub set near but around the corner of the swimming pool to be somewhat secluded. the bed was not too soft and not too hard. we liked the walk in shower. the decor in the lobby is very modern yet unique. we liked the music playing at breakfast.

we wished checkout was at a later time.

The hotel was very nice -- not exceptional, but very nice. Every staff member we encountered was very pleasant, professional, friendly and welcoming. Food was decent. Although we didn't participate, "happy hour" (can't remember what you call it) was a nice touch.

Only had 1/2 roll of TP in bathroom on check-in. No lotion (and hard water made skin very dry.) It was a room meant to accommodate 2-4 people and only had 2 regular coffee pods. But I do understand that if you stock a lot many people will just take them home which would cause you to go through a lot more than you should. Mainly I didn't realize the hotel was in such an industrial-looking area -- but that's not your fault, We just didn't know.

staff friendliness, clean environment and the refreshing smell as soon as you walk into the facility. To top it all, the breakfast was phenomenal!!!

The refrigerator in our room was not cooling very well and the bathtub had some meadow area around the corner that will need a little more cleaning .

The breakfast and the staff in dining room and kitchen were excellent. Friendly and helpful. Great meal. The young lady at reception when we checked in was so friendly and welcoming and fun! She had us laughing! Wonderful greeting!

Bathroom wasn’t as clean as we would expect for the price of this room. Everything else was exceptional!

The room was very clean. Bed was comfy. My kids loved the pool and the fact that it was inside, so they could swim even if it was raining. The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and my oldest son loved the little cereal bar.

The pool room needs better ventilation. The chlorine in the air is high and was causing my eyes to hurt without even being in the water.

Staff was very nice, the facilities were very nice, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the complimentary evening get together as well as the complimentary breakfast. Checking in as well as checkout were very easy.

Can't think of anything. We were very pleased with the entire experience at this facility.

This has been one of the best hotels since COVID! The facilities were clean and the front desk demonstrated great hospitality. She even gave my baby boy a key to pretend like he was unlocking the room door. The breakfast was wonderful every morning and provided a variety of options. The room was spacious and I didn't feel like my family was cramped together. This will definitely be an oasis upon my next visit to Knoxville!

The chlorine in the pool and ventilation in the pool area was uncomfortable. I had to go outside several times to get air and clear my lungs. While I understand it is needed precaution, consider making the space cooler so that the heat and chlorine are more bearable.

very well kept up property- modern and clean.

front desk staff was very nice and helpful. the staff in the bar area completely ignored us for over 30 minutes until we finally got up and left.

me and my family were in town for a volleyball tournament and we needed to be at the tournament at 7 am on Saturday morning. but breakfast didn’t start until 7 on the weekend so we were not able to take advantage of the breakfast. wish the breakfast started at 6am

The room was spacious and comfortable. It was convenient to the hospital.

The room needed to be cleaned better. There was thick dust on the baseboards and toilet paper holder in the rest room. A spill on the kitchen cabinet door had not been wiped off. There was a spot on the comforter/blanket that looked like dried blood. There should be Kleenex in the bathroom and paper towels in the kitchen area for spills.
