I was very pleased with the location and ease of parking. The fact that they had an indoor pool was extremely helpful due to the fact that I was traveling with my kids. Way to chill out from long drive! You didn't have to worry about bringing room towels to pool because they had separate pool towels. Was a small pool, but still, indoor pool so points there. Beds were VERY comfortable and I selected the room with extra sofa bed so my teen son can have his own little section. Wasn't too loud with 75 being there, and we were able to simply walk to a couple different restaurants. IF I had time, I'd walk around to the other shops. REALLY cool area! Lastly, the staff goes way over and above helpful! EVERY person I came in contact with were SO pleasant and helpful. Can't rave enough about this facility! Totally recommend this hotel for sure.

It's not really a "do not like" rant, but simply wish there was more of a selection with breakfast. I personally liked the quiche, but it was lacking pancakes or waffles for those stubborn kids who just like to make it. The scrambled eggs were really, really good but again, for kids it was a tough thing. Yes, rhere was cereals you can select, bagels, and toast. Again, it's NOTa do not like, was just hoping for more or different selection next day.

We were heading home from vacay in Mrytle Beach SC, between congestion in traffic, accidents and road construction we had to make a stop for one last nite at this hotel. It was absolutely wonderful. Very clean and comfy. Great area to run and pick up last min items. Excellent staff. Very, very knowledgeable and friendly. Staff was not like other hotels we had stayed at. The staff here were dressed professionally and talked professionally. All around one of the best hotels we've stayed at. Breakfast was also very delicious and just perfect for our drive back home to MO. Not too heavy and not so little where we would need to make a stop just down the road to fill our tummies.

It's not that we didn't like but we had a suite and would've liked a little more plates and utensils for our dinner that evening. If I remember correctly, there was 2 plates and plastic utensils for one or two people. We had a total of 5 in our room.

Patrick he was so nice and friendly when i was checking in and after we checked in he helped us even when we had questions about places to eat patrick was so nice and very friendly anytime u seen him

The thing i didnt like about my stay was the next day when it was check out day at 9am we had a knock at the door to ask if we were checking out and we said yes at 11 when its time then at 915am we had a housekeeper knock on the door and asked if we were checking out we said yes at 11 then again another knock asking the same question and the again from 915am till 1045am we had 4 knocks asking if we were checking out it was very annoy we felt like we was be rushed out so the housekeeper could get her rooms done so she could leave at the knock at 1045am I wasn't nice nomore it made me furious I don't know if I will ever stay there again

The indoor pool with access for my handicapped daughter.. beds were comfy. Clean rooms and dining area. Plenty of options for breakfast. Excellent location.

The pool wasnt heated.. but the pool area was warm. Would be better if they had queen beds.. the double beds were a little cramped for two ppl. Coffee offered at breakfast was the worst.

The people there were very nice and the room was very comfortable. I really enjoyed the breakfest.

I requested a top floor room and was told no problem but when i got there there were no top floor rooms left with no explanation.

The location was amazing with walking distance to shopping and restaurants. About $20 Uber gets you to market square and old city. Fun stay

Some of the furniture in the place is kinda scratch n deny but all the important parts bed and bath are great and comfortable

Our family really enjoyed relaxing in the pool every evening before bed. Oftentimes when traveling, young toddlers have trouble settling down to sleep at night. However, our stay painted a different picture. After relaxing at the pool- our grandsons slept like little rocks! The breakfast had a little something for everyone, which was a nice way to start a busy day. Thanks again for your great service and memorable stay. We will be back !! :)

The only thing that could have been better was the hand sanitizer was out in the elevator. It would have been nice to use it after hitting the floor buttons.

great location for shopping and restaurants. clean and good breakfast.

most spring hill suites have the sink separate from the toilet which is nice for families. But when we got there they only had a handicapped room left which meant it was all in one bathroom and no tub for the kids. and the shower floor is flush with the rest of the bathroom so it floods when you shower. Also wish breakfast ran later and they had waffles. the kids love to make their own waffles at hotels.

The property was clean and very accommodating. The staff were probably the friendliest of any hotel I have ever stayed in. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

Room was spacious and clean. Lobby was inviting. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Breakfast selections were very limited. Need more variety.
