The location was perfect. It was right near everything but at the same time it felt out of the way. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel and the room was really clean with one exception. There were crumbs left in the soda bed where my son slept. The vending machines were stocked. Plenty of parking. I was surprised by all of this for the price. I loved visiting Nashville

The bed was hard and lumpy. There needs to be more bedding for the sofa bed. There was a person above us stomping around all night. Big Foot just would not sit still.

The check-in staff member was very accommodating, and proactive pre-communication was nice since we were running late due to weather and I couldn't make a hands-free call. When the staff called, I was able to answer via bluetooth. The hotel is conveniently near a Cracker Barrel restaurant - just a short walk and very welcome after a long drive. The bathroom was extra spacious and modern. Everything was very clean, and the breakfast offering was plentiful.

The door to our room looked as if it were once repaired or broken into - one could see a slight space between the door and the jamb. I made sure it was securely locked, and reported it to the staff showing them a picture. They offered for us to move, but we declined. The surrounding area of the hotel seemed a safe location.

It was very good, the people at the front desk were very nice from the minute I got there to the minute I left, very clean and quiet, the breakfast was awesome there was scrambled eggs, sauces, biscuits with gravy, waffle, fruits, bagels it's the best in the last 3 years of travel, I most definitely recommend it, this will be the only hotel I will stay every time I go up to Nashville beds were comfy carpet in room very clean and the bathroom immaculate the room smelled fresh and clean if you travel that way y will recommend you try this hotel, it has a very nice inside pool. I give it a 5 ⭐

There was nothing I didn't like

Location was good. Plenty of eating and shopping close to the property.

Unfortunately our room wasn’t inspected very well by the cleaning staff. There was literal garbage on the floor behind a chair. Four cups with drinks still in them and used paper towels. Eww. The cleaning staff just missed it. Other than that the room was clean though. The thermostat had to be fixed, but it didn’t take long, and our tv didn’t work well either. My husband figured out some cord was loose and was able to tighten it. I asked to be credited for at least a portion of our stay and they agreed to that. I would stay here again though. Our room as a dud, but our other family members with rooms had no issues at all.

The staff was great. Booked another room last minute for my son and his family. The lady put us side by side without me asking. She said would you like me too. I was shocked, most hotels never ask. Was in hallway and saw cleaning cart and made the comment I may need to get extra towels and next thing I know the cleaning lady came out and got a couple more towels and washcloths and brought them to me and asked if that was enough. I didn’t even realize she could hear me. Great stay!

On the side I was at there was a bar behind the hotel with people in parking lot talking and reving up the car motors on a Friday night. Not hotel property.

Staff were quite friendly. Breakfast was decent, but selection was a little limited. Cleanliness of facility and room was close to exceptional. Conveniently close to favored eateries and good shopping places, yet just far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle of noise and traffic. Great access to/from the interstate freeway.

Our room when screened with an ultraviolet lamp was amazingly clean, however the cloth fabric sofa and matching easy chair came up very grubby. Luggage cart pneumatic tires had low air pressure thus making luggage transfer somewhat tedious. (Didn't like that our visit was so short.)

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT I LOVED STAYING HERE!!!

Spending $2000 on a room for two weeks and the front desk calling or knocking at your door right at 11am to make you leave if you didn't check out right at 11am. Give a grace period on checking out because you pay $100.00 for a deposit that will be given back upon checkout. I think the front desk should be more patient if check out is a few minutes late. Its stressful to say the least.

The front desk guy let us do an early check in around 11:30 am since there was a room ready. The bed was super comfy.

There was a slight smell in the room we didn't care for but nothing overpowering. We just needed the room for one night coming from down town Nashville from New Year's bash. The grits at breakfast was too runny and lumpy and the eggs were not great.

I loved that the place smelled fresh upon entering the building. And the same continued throughout the building and in our room. Our room was clean well stocked and smelled really good! The hotel staff customer service was awesome! We had a great sleep in the plush comfy bed! Room 223 was awesome!

I honestly don't have any complaints about this location!

Cannot beat the value! The room was spacious, no major stains on the furniture or carpet. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was typical but ample. I like we could see our car from our room. We felt very safe.

Could have been a little cleaner. But, I am one of those that brings their own Lysol spray and wipes... The shower head was hung so high we weren't really able to adjust it. We went to use the pool, but there was another couple really enjoying themselves at the time... So, we went for a short walk and went back to our room.
