Good location near some restaurants and right off I-40 E. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were good size. Microwave and mini fridge in room with small coffee bar. Wall plugs with USB outlets near bed and on desk. Tall mirror on wall outside bathroom, with good lighting, for me to get ready in the mornings.

Room was a little humid due to summer heat - not the facilities fault! They did have dehumidifiers in hallways to help with the issue. The trim on my bathroom door was loose/detached towards the bottom. Bathtub faucet dripped. My front door was damaged with a gap towards the bottom that let hallway light in.

Clean and comfortable. Safe parking. Smooth check-in. There is coffee bar at the lobby available 24/7 (aside from the coffee at the room).

Wifi on the 3rd floor keeps getting disconnected every time, and the elevator has no subtle lifting / stopping. Jerking is felt at the start and stop of every ride. Apart from those, there is no safety concern encountered from our side. I tried to read the reviews first prior to booking and it was right, this place seemed safe.

Hotel was clean and comfortable

I wasn't told until check in that they will not accept cash app, chime, or PayPal cards for deposit. It must be a bank debit or credit card. I have always used my cashapp card for my business and hotel stays. I don't trust not being hacked by hotels. Even though my room was prepaid the rude man at the desk refused to let me put a deposit on my cashapp card.

The breakfast was great. Very nice variety, all delicious… the property was very nicely decorated, such a great stay & Vick at the front desk was great

the only waffle machine was always occupied & couldn’t get a chance to have a waffle, maybe have staff make them & cut into quarters to give everyone a chance at a waffle, but there was plenty of options & even my picky kids found multiple items to fill up on

breakfast had plenty of options, really great price for the accommodations, bathroom on main floor was nice, clean, and convenient. pool was nice. close to the interstate so easy to get off and on, coffee area in lobby was nice

breakfast area was a little on the smaller side, tubs in the rooms were nice but not able to use due to not having plug, but overall positive experience.

Parking was great, the night time receptionist was very sweet and helpful. The room was very clean and close to places for convenience.

The morning receptionist was moderately nice, he was looking at his phone and it seemed like when I was asking him a question I was bothering him, but then again I do not know what he was doing, could be work related and I could have just caught him off guard. He was nice for the most part.

Not the newest property in town, but very clean and comfortable.

All in all, I can't think of a lot of stuff I could say negative about this property. Some minor updates painting, a little bit of touch up here and there would have made this an outstanding visit. Top drawer would recommend a friends

updates bath. hot water and great water pressure. countertop spaces for makeup and toiletries. wonderful breakfast with several choices and good hours. very friendly, efficient and helpful staff. A/C worked well. very convenient location to RV camp where friends were staying and close to Nashville.

strong smell of chlorine from bath sink. poor quality in room coffee pot. charging ports by beds not functional. tall mirror outside bath had a number of smudges. if you don’t have a rental car there are NO decent places to walk to to eat. Uber eats had poor choices

Nice facility in excellent condition. The room was spacious, basically two rooms with a bed/TV in one room and a couch/chair/desk/TV in a separate room with a door between. Excellent breakfast selection was hot a tasty. Checking in was fast and efficient.

The wireless reception in our room 305 was spotty. It often took a very long time for screen updates and disconnected periodically.

The hotel was modern and clean. the staff was friendly. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Great shower. Loved the living room area with television separate from the bedroom area with television. Breakfast included with the stay was hot and delicious-eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage. The price was very affordable. The location was great - Cracker Barrel, Waffle House, and gas station/convenience store right there. Will definitely stay there again.
