very convenient, very clean and comforting, the breakfast was very good, aEuropean Standards👍, the service at the breakfast room excellent, the shuttle to the Airport helpfull and outstanding.

We were stranded at the Nashville airport around midnight due to snow storms. We selected this hotel because it was convenient to the airport (1 mile). It was surprisingly modern and clean. The room was comfortable. The breakfast had a variety of items and was well stocked when we arrived before closing at 9 AM unlike our previous hotel in Baltimore. The breakfast hostess was friendly and helpful. There was a small pool but we hadn't planned on this stop.

Airport noise in the morning which can't be helped; hotel shuttle ended at 11 PM and we arrived after that time. Taxi driver took advantage of us on pricing for a one mile trip; bed was firm but OK

The parking lot was well lit and well maintained. The outside was clean and welcoming. The receptionist who greeted us (Monika/Moni) was friendly and worked with us to resolve confusion over our reservation (my nickname on the reservation did not match my proper given name on my ID). The common areas, hallways and room including bathroom were all very clean, the couch and bed were both comfortable and in good repair. The fridge and microwave worked well, and the two televisions were an unexpected convenience. The breakfast was well-prepared and the hostess was kind and caring. The free WiFi signal was strong and the connection speed was adequate. The hotel is more than one would expect from such budget-friendly lodgings.

The mini-fridge and microwave are immediately outside the bathroom door - not the most sanitary location, although there is a wall segment between the appliances and the microwave. The in-room vanity sink was relatively slow draining, The in-room televisions did not support Netflix or Amazon Prime, We were unable to access the HDMI ports on the TV to plug our laptop into the TVs. We could not connect to the proposed in-room Cast connection for the TV.

Very well located hotel. Very easy to access Nashville. Very quiet place. Clean room with amenities such as coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator.

The employee who helped me at check-in was unpreparedt, took a long time to find my reservation, causing a huge line and was also very rude, not explaining basic things such as the location of the room, the pools and access to Wi-Fi. We stayed on the ground floor. I didn't have any problems with other employees The room overlooks the parking lot. We had to keep the curtains closed the whole time. The breakfast room does not have enough space to accommodate all the guests. On the two days we stayed we had to sit at the computer table because there was no desk available.

We had a room on the first floor. The room had a really high ceiling which was nice. The beds were very comfortable and also quite high off the ground. Even though hotel was near airport, it was very quiet. It was maybe a 15-20 minute drive to Nashville during rush hour traffic, so not bad. The free coffee machine in lobby! Excellent cappuccino, latte and many others to choose from.

The free breakfast was a nice perk, but didn't offer many healthy options (yogurt and cereals were very sugary). As others had mentioned, it was hard to find a parking spot at the hotel after returning late night from a concert.

The room was clean plenty of parking convenient location The staff was pleasant never had the feeling of being unsafe

The TV's in the room are the same so if my wife wanted to watch something in the sitting room And if I wanted to watch something in the bedroom we would turn each other's TVs to different channels The appearance seems to be run down closet door not painted drywall not finished appearance just of the hotel well-worn

I like that they had an indoor pool. I also like that. They had coffee all throughout the day. I. Also liked that they had a real continental breakfast. My kids really like that I. Also like the fact that they had a workout facility. And the person who served the breakfast was very sweet, a kind young lady. She really cared about. How the breakfast was and how the guests were treated during breakfast.

I didn't like that. The room was so expensive and it was a smaller room. There was no couch there. Only 2 Queen beds and very close quarters. I feel it was too expensive

Room was large High ceiling Mattress, towels and sheets were very comfortable/better than average. Nice lobby and eat in area for breakfast Good selection of breakfast items. Friendly kitchen staff. Housekeeping staff very pleasant.

Upon arrival at 9pm 5.11.2023 desk clerk said reservation was not on her system. Insisted I call booking.com. Said Booking.com ALWAYS messes up the reservations. Told me to call booking.com three times as I was looking for a phone number. Then clerk said OH I FOUND IT. THE RESERVATION IS INDER YOUR FIRST NAME. No apology given. No welcoming feeling. Also PM clerk told me when breakfast was served but did not ask if I needed a shuttle. In the morning, AM desk clerk responded to my request for the shuttle - DID YOU RESERVE THE SHUTTLE? NO ONE told me I had to...Again not a nasty exchange just not a friendly helpful desk clerk either time. Room 113 has torn carpeting and torn up molding. Room as cool and instructions for turning on heat were lacking.

overall, the rooms were spacious, although the room did not have a microwave after I was told in my reservation it would. the kitchen area was clean and accommodating for families. I liked that it was close to the airport and to the event that we were there for. because I had to be at the event center at 6am, I did not get to experience the breakfast, that I had read was good.

The staff member that was there on Sunday, 4/2/23 was extremely rude and kicked me and my three kids out of the room because she needed it for a group reservation. she then made me pay extra in order to get another room that she said was my only option to go to. When booking.com reached out to her, she was again nasty to them too. The pool seemed to be dirty (or it may have been the fighting in the pool that made it seem that way, idk). Parking was also a little tight, not enough spaces, but overall not too bad.

Krishna at the front desk was very helpful, friendly and kind. The room was clean, accommodating and the bed comfortable. I like there was a bathroom shower vent to prevent excess steam.

A bright light outside my room from possibly a parking lot was bright and I wish I was able to close the room darkening drapes.
