We typically stay in Country Inn & Suites when we travel and have never been disappointed.. I really enjoy the breakfast option at this particular hotel and the 3rd party shuttle that is used to get to downtown Nashville..

My only complaints, which are not deal breakers, are that our microwave didn't work and we could hear a noise throughout the night that sounded like an ice maker.. We stayed in room 302. The noise could be annoying to a light sleeper..

The hotel was centrally located. The room was clean.

When I booked my room, I asked for an early check-in. I got an email back from booking , and the hotel said they would accommodate me if a room was available. When I arrived, Dru stated they had a room available, but they would have to charge me fifthy dollars extra. I showed him my email with no mention of an up charge for early check-in. I sat in their lobby for over 5 hours. Also, I asked him to print me out the policy that stated fifty for early check-in. He gave me the privacy data policy. I feel this was very unprofessional and poor customer service.

The breakfast was very good. The staff keep the food hot and plentiful. The chairs and tables should be repositioned so that access to tables could be better. Too many chairs, chairs had to be moved in order to access a table.

We had friends with us and had ask for adjoining rooms, but our rooms were on different floors. Our friends were on the 2nd flr and we were on the 5th flr. We ask we were told that was all that was left. This was not true. When we booked the two rooms we were told that it would be no problem with having adjoining rooms. Also were quoted a certain fee for the rooms when we booked the reservations but there were three different prices for the four nights, when asked why the fee was not the same, we were told that this was customary and was their policy.

Very close to airport, allowing me to get an early morning flight. Also, the check-in clerk provided a list of local restaurants, several of which I could walk to.

Although it was very clean, the bottom of the bathtub was damaged. This was purely an aesthetic issue.

The staff were very helpful, especially as I wanted to change rooms. They were helpful regarding local knowledge, put up with my requests for this and that with good humour and patience. Breakfast is enough choice without being too many bells and whistles. The bed is a little soft for me but this did not prevent a decent nights kip. The lady who drives the shuttle in the morning is a delight!

The hotel location is at a junction of two major roads, so the background drone can be a bit distraction. I moved to a room at the back, which still woth a noise is a consistent noise andd you are not jolted awake as I was in a front facing room. The airport and runways are close, so in the evening you do get sudden blasts of jet engines. You do have to request the shuttle, so make sure you alert the hotel to when you will be arriving or have the number with you to call them should it not appear.

The room was nice and I pleasantly surprised to have a mini refrigerator and microwave because that was the amenities I was looking for but it wasn't listed in the booking. Beds was super cozy. I enjoyed the open spacious set up and huge windows with beautiful sunlit view. Hot water in the shower felt amazing. The breakfast was very delicious and fresh. It was a couple stains on the accent chair so I didn't sit there and something splattered on the bathroom door but overall I had a wonderful stay.

I liked this hotel alot. The room was very modern and the bed was very comfortable and most likely a thicker memory foam type mattress as I did not feel any springs or bounce. There was a great selection of food for breakfast and I came away feeling full and ready to start my day. This hotel is a great value and was cheaper then many others in Nashville, but located right by the airport and right off of I40 so great for a travel stop.

The hotel reeked of weed. We didn't have a smoking room and our room itself had a faint scent but in the hallways and elevators the smell was intense. Also heard a few planes taking off before 11pm or so since this is near the airport but it wasn't overly loud.

The staff was very polite and helpful. Please extend a thank you to them. The breakfast food was good and nutritious if making the correct choices. The staff working to keep the food going and area clean did a great job. The gym was pretty well equipped with adequate gear. Thanks for making the free weights available and the fitness ball. Although the size was a bit small if more than 2 people tried to use it. The bathroom in the room was reasonably designed. A big Thank you for not having pets. We are not opposed to them, they just don't belong in hotels. Really great to have a small fridge in the room.

Something was lacking with the air conditioning. Our room had a musty odor to it and seemed a bit damp, judging how the towels did not dry. The air con was a bit odd to control and only went up in increments of 2 deg. Someone needed to vacuum the exhaust vent in the bathroom which was covered in thick dust.

Location was perfect! Close enough to Nashville but even closer to the airport with lots of restaurants and convenience stores close by. Gas station next to it is also a plus if you're renting a car. Room was clean and comfortable with a comfy bathroom.

The road to access the hotel was under maintenance and made it unclear to know how to access the hotel. Parking garage got a little bit flooded and dirty.

Rooms were updated and clean, we preferred not to have daily cleaning and just put the do not disturb sign out and had no problem with anyone bothering us but was still able to trade out towels as needed, staff was always helpful and friendly, offered free breakfast, ample parking.

Had to reactivate our room key card every day as it kept deactivating. We couldn't get in the back door and had to walk around front 2 times. However they were very helpful at the desk in reactivating them. Several days had no eggs on breakfast bar, had potatoes in there place. We just found that odd. Beds were not comfortable to us but we have back problems.
