When we arrived our room was ready for celebration of our 25th wedding anniversary. Balloons and flower petals spread over the bed and the bedroom. We were touched. It was a lovely surprise. THE bathroom was a decent size. The shower was clean and had good water pressure. The gym was clean and adequately equipped. The bar was welcoming and fun. The food in the attached restaurant was good for both breakfast and lunch. Healthy options were offered and catered for.

There wasn't a lot of room for our luggage to be stored in our room or to place our cases. Also, to move around the far side of the bed near the window. I gained a lot of bruising from walking past the bed corners on the front of my legs. Ouch! In the restaurant at lunchtime, the music (a dJ) that was hired played music that was too loud. I couldn't talk without shouting. It wasn't appropriate for lunchtime dining.

Great restaurants, great staff, great location.

No drawers in rooms to unpack. A man must have designed the shower, no foot rest for women to shave your legs!

We were on a girl vacation from California. This hotel is in a great place with all the amenities you could ask for and safe. They were just perfect. The employees were so helpful and kind. One in particular, Cameron, helped me with printing out some business forms I needed. He was very kind and helpful. The spirit there is so cheerful and makes you feel so happy to be there. The food was wonderful. They have brunch with a live DJ and it was just the best sounds. The bars were awesome with live entertainment. They have two bars both w love music. The rooms were so comfortable. There was no noise heard from our rooms. We slept so well because the beds were top notch. I can't say enough about this hotel.

Not one thing

Staff were excellent in making some special wishes possible due to my mobility issues. In the Bar we especially want to mention Adam, Maisy and her trainee Brianna who were such amazing hosts. The location was perfect for us given that we spent quite a few hours in the blues cafe at Printers Alley.

We are Hyatt members. One receptionist told us upon arrival they would upload our stay onto our membership, but that because we booked through Booking.com we may not use the associated membership benefits. Like a punishment. Not that we are out to use the benefits any time soon, but that welcome wasn't what I would expect from a Hyatt hotel staff member. In other Hyatt hotels we never experienced that, even when we go through Booking.com.

The room was on the small size, but comfortable enough for 4 ladies to share a double-queen. Afterall, you don't go to Nashville to sit in your room! I was pleased that the fan in the room could remain in the "on" position, so there was no clicking of on/off of the air conditioner. The DJ Brunch is so fun, and I cannot say enough about the intimate bar off the lobby. If you want to get away from the 20-somethings, and enjoy a craft cocktail in moody lighting, it is the place for you!

The complimentary coffee and Danish for guests could be better executed. Perhaps have this set-up in the bar area that is seemingly closed except for private events. The lines were understandably long for morning coffee, so if guests could by-pass non-guests, it would be a great improvement.

Location, service, the positive vibe. My wife joined me on the this business trip and we both felt relaxed. We do not mind paying paying a premium cost for a premium experience. Next time in Nash Vegas, I will consider the same hotel and recommend to others.

Room size. With two large suitcases we had to take time packing and unpacking separately. the HVAC system did seam louder than normal. The fridge seemed to be not as cold has it should be. I removed the outside cabinet door (two clips) so the fridge to breathe and function better, and I simply re-clipped it back when leaving. Which is one of thing I normally do in any hotel that has the same set up. (hack only for handy people)

Bed was extremely comfortable. We slept so well! Rooms and hotel were very clean. Free muffin/pastry in the morning and coffee was nice in the coffee shop. Easy walk to Broadway, backs right up to Printers Alley. Great location!

Rooms are a tad small. Aside from the bar, no place to hang out with a group, we were looking to sit around and talk/play games. Can only have access to your floor from elevator. We vacationed with friends (5 rooms) and were on two different floors. If we wanted to go to someone else’s room to hang out, they had to meet us in the lobby and then bring us back up to their floor. I understand it’s for security purposes it was just a bit of an inconvenience.

We stayed in the King room, it was a huge suite. We were celebrating our marriage and on honeymoon and it was perfect. Comfortable room, spacious if you have a lot of luggage as we did as we were travelling America for a few weeks. It was exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the spacious bathroom and the shower was perfect. The hotel itself was fab, we had food in the restaurant one day and it was worth every penny, the staff were pleasant and very helpful. Would recommend spending the extra money for a bigger room if needed as it made it special for our trip after long days exploring Nashville and having fun on Broadway. The location is really great and walking distance to broadway was 5 minutes.

The only negative I would have to say is that this property would thrive with an outdoor rooftop pool for the hot summer days. Otherwise no complaints.

Excellent location in Nashville, far enough away from the noise of the Honky Tonk bar area, but only a couple of blocks walk down to Broadway to get to the action/bars. The hotel was attached to Printers Alley which was a cool little laneway with a few bars and restaurants. You didn't need to walk far to get food and coffee. Definitely try the food court, there is a great section of food/restaurants. Not your typical basic food court, its a bit more upmarket.

We liked everything about this hotel.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was large an the shower got extremely hot. They had music downstairs with a Cafe and a bar. There is a parking garage around the corner if you don't want to valet park for printers alley

The mini fridge didn't get cold. There were water in there but wasn't sure we could drink them. No way to heat up any leftovers we brought back. The heat kept blowing out cool air. Ended up getting charged for valet parking which I didn't use.
