Ultimately, I have stayed at the Hilton Ridge Lake Blvd Memphis several times over the years. I love the location, the area is nice, and the hotel itself is pretty. The ladies at the front desk when we checked in around 7:30PM were really nice😀

There were a few spider webs in the room. I think the room could have used an overall deep cleaning. I think this particular type of room could use a few upgrades, because we did not have a microwave in the room.

This hotel was very clean and everyone was extremely nice.

The only thing I wasn’t too crazy about was the breakfast buffet. it was way to overpriced, and as my family and I just sat down with our plates to eat, a young man came and took all of our napkins because he said they needed washed. We asked if we could keep a napkin for my 2 year old grandson and he said no. I thought it was pretty rude.

The beds were super comfy. They have a restaurant in the hotel. There was a gentleman who was our waiter for the evening shift. He was super friendly and very helpful. Great customer service. Definitely have the hamburger and fries, if you're there. Amazing! The breakfast was good. They have a breakfast buffet, little pricey but they will make you anything you want to order. I gave it a nine because of the evening/night restaurant staff and cook was amazing and went above and beyond.

When I checked in they charged me $50.00 incidental upfront and then because I booked my room on a 3rd party site they charged me an extra $25 for incidentals.

I liked being on the 9th floor and the view. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable.

It's evident that there has been remodeling done in the room at some point. My observations were the carpet looks like it should be deep cleaned or removed. There was water damage on the wall in the bathroom but the water in the shower was nice and hot! Lastly, the walls are nicely painted, the furniture and decor is new. However, when looking at the ceiling, the smoke detector is OLD and non operational. In my opinion if it doesn't work, take it down because it is an eye sore.

Beautiful spaces, plenty of options for places to sit and meet with others.

The elevators were rickety and a bit dirty. Though I didn’t order food, I witnessed people waiting a very long time to receive food they ordered from the cafe.

Very clean and I love the water view just wished my room was on the first floor so I could see it better lol

I feel like you should at least get 2 complimentary drinks on the house and after that start charging. My Hubbie and I travel alot and it's like that in alot of places but a very nice place I loved it no matter what

The hotel staff was great & the rooms were clean.

An employee (109 Brittany, this is what was on my prep ticket) at Provisions (eatery) was rude, no smile, no customer service skills whatsoever with me, but she greeted the males & others that were walking by. This was the only downside. SN: I ordered at 5:20pm on 9/24/22

Though it is an older building they’ve definitely maintained it and modernized it. The pool was wonderful and maintained well and overall our room was clean just some staining on the carpet.

Upon arrival my husband tried to check us in while my son and I waited in the car and immediately came out and said “wow she was rude.”I decided to go in since the room was reserved in my name and a different person waited on me at that point. I also found that person to not be particularly friendly or welcoming. The next day I went to speak to customer service about a charge on our credit card and spoke to a different woman that was not friendly and very curt. I had three different experiences with three different staff members at the front desk and found none of them particularly friendly. That was the main thing that stood out in regards to my stay at the Hilton.

Everything. It was great, beautiful. All these little nooks you can sit and see the views. Food was great I got the club, my husband got a hamburger and we split them. They were great. French Fries we’re great. Ready to go back again !!!

You had to pay 17.50 per person for breakfast. I don’t eat much at all for breakfast, so we checked out and went across the way to blue plate and both of us ate for 23.00 total Which was a fun breakfast for my husband and French toast for myself. This was the only downfall. Tooo pricy on breakfast. Should be free for what you pay for your room

The hotel was beautiful, the mini fridge kept our drinks really cold, beds and pillows were very comfortable, the room was clean, and free parking!!!

I was asked at check in if I booked through this website. I said yes, and we were put in the smallest room on the floor (according to the map of the building) and there was no microwave. I wish there had been a hot tub open.
