The location along Poplar Avenue and to the restaurants and bars. The bathroom looked perfect the bedroom was okay and the air conditioning was great. The refrigerator kept my items cold

The young people who stayed for the weekend was there to party and stayed up all night even into the early morning and after they left Sunday afternoon it was quiet. I was a little concerned about my vehicle being broken into. And I can hear the people above me walking around with the floors squeaking and when taking a shower I notice the bottom of my feet was black. Because of the carpet was not cleaned better

The set up of the room(s) was nice. Having a small kitchen and a full size refrigerator was a welcome change. Actually had a nice office desk to sit and work at.

The kitchen could use a nice set of frying pans. The frying pans were past their usefulness. The dining set was just a couple spoons, a couple forks, one knife, 3 spoons and there were three of us. They did have dinner plates and coffee cups. The coffee maker needs to use the paper cups that come with it. The coffee cups in the cupboard are way too small to hold the coffee dispensed from the coffee maker. We took turns eating because there were only two forks, plus I could only cook two items at a time. Every metal part from the front door to the bathroom was rusted. The living room was a little on the dark side. The kitchen section had no light at all. But we made it work. Thankful for what we were able to get with the room.

I love the spacious rooms and the relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean. The property was family friendly, and the staff was super friendly. The price was fair, and overall, I would stay at this property again.

Housekeeping didn't check-in the whole weekend. I had to ask for more towels. I booked a double room, and I received one full bed and a let out couch in which i had to ask for more sheets. After an hour i had to go to the front desk to ask again for sheets. The grounds are a little confusing. There should be better signage to help locate your room. The TV was glitchy so we couldn't enjoy shows really and lastly the room was hot originally when we first got there I feel the air should be on if you know someone is about to check into the room.

Well the staff was really courteous and even when I was a little bit late paying my rent they didn't really get on to me about it just informed me that it needs to be paid by 11:00 but I explained to them that I work and I don't get off sometimes till 3:00 or 4:00 and they worked with me I really enjoyed my day I would love them if they had a breakfast bar though but you can't get everything but the pool was great for me and my grandkids I will recommend popular ends and sweets to all my friends and family I couldn't have stayed in a better hotel and all the staff needs to be given bonuses because they were great then make sure I had clean linen the housekeepers, toiletries and everything I had a wonderful time and popular inns and suites and the price was a godsend for the accommodations that they provide the prices they charge are way too cheap they can charge a lot more and still get it if they don't that's another thing I like about popular inns and suites

I didn't like that I couldn't stay longer and I hope they will have me back and tell everybody it proper engine suites that Michael Blevins said hello and that I give them what they deserve a wonderful review

It was nice and very close to the pool.

The employees argued with us bc we booked our room on line and it did not say anything about 150 deposit and they argued that it did and we showed them it didn’t but they still wanted to argue so we just paid it bc it was to much of a hassle to try to find somewhere else with everything being booked do to the bikers being in town.

Very helpful staff. Monica (I believe is her name) did everything she could to fulfill my wishes (early check in and called the police because there was some maniac making a hell of a racket on a nearby parking lot) great big suite nicely furnished and very comfortable. Excellent value for money!

The location was very far away from downtown, but there is a reliable bus connection provided. What is the use of a kitchen, if there are no pots, no pans, no dishes and no cutlery? Do I have to bring those things along myself? 😅

At first the lobby wasn't much at all but the room was a very nice room king suite clean clean good sleeping mattress just really nice and I've stayed in some extremely nice places exceptional the hallways need painting but they have on going renovations been done, don't judge a book by its cover.RRW

even though it is an older property it was well kept up. I liked the privacy in the room with the doors closing off the bedroom from the living room.

I asked for a 2 bed room and there was only one and a pull out couch. we had to call to get bedding for the bed. plus there was no remote for the TV in the bedroom.

The room was very clean and neat. When checking in the lady ( sorry forgot her name) was really nice and check in was quick and easy

I hate that they didn’t have breakfast. The outside kinda made it look sketchy but once you get to your room it looks really nice inside.

The staff was very friendly. The room was good and mostly clean. The pool was great.

There was a stain on the floor and the door handles kept coming off but they are renovating. The dishes provided aren't the best pretty old and there aren't enough utensils to cook.
