The breakfast waffle machine was so good, could do with a few more topping options though! Pool area was tidy and quiet Shampoo, Conditioner and Shower Gel provided aswell as towels both in the room and by the pool Free use of laundry facilities

They only do housekeeping once a week and as you have a kitchen for making food, I think the bins should at least be emptied and replaced. You can ask for replacement towels at reception.

Excellent breakfast options. The MTW social hour food was wonderful as well. Front desk clerks Amanda & Tavika were professional, friendly, and thorough in their communication and explanations regarding the availability (or non-availability, in our case) ADA rooms.

We have a wheelchair user in our group. There was only ONE roll-in shower option on the entire property and another guest had booked it long-term. We had difficulty showering the wheelchair user on a shower bench that fit sideways in the tub. Thankfully, there was a removable showerhead, but it was challenging nonetheless. There should be more than 1 roll-in shower option for disabled guests. Otherwise, our ADA room was spacious enough for our wheelchair user to navigate comfortably around and not get stuck in areas.

Good location, great breakfast. Had a King 1bedroom suite and I like the fact that’s it’s a separate bedroom. Kitchen is great too, though we didn’t really end up using it much.

Arrived on Friday and their policy is not to refresh rooms on the weekend, therefore no coffee in the room in the mornings other than one during our stay. Think that’s tacky, I can however appreciate not cleaning the room on a daily basis we for one don’t need it, nor do I want staff in my room more than necessary. You could at least let us pick up coffee packets etc. The rooms are beginning to show wear and tear. Security lock on our door was ably to fall off, tub water fixture didn’t shut off easily, had to really crank it hard to get the water to stop a steady stream of water, very wasteful. Plus we were missing dishes.

The front desk staff were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was tasty with many options. Our kids loved having a pool onsite but be aware that it's unheated.

While the location was good, our room was on the exterior side of the building. This means we heard all the street noise from the parking lot next door that had a large group of motorcyclists partying until about 4 in the morning. I'd recommend bringing ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones just in case. Also, the AC and the bathroom exhaust fan were super loud.

I like that we have all the necessities available such as paper towels, utensils for cooking, dove soap and conditioner for shower. Also, there is a laundry basket available in the room, and we get free laundry services, which is very convenient. The staff were nice, breakfast is decent.

The air vent in the bathroom was not functional.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were very happy with the evening Happy hour. It offered a social with a light meal and wine and beer was offered. It was a very nice experience. The cook was very nice! The room was very comfortable and spacious. The kitchenette exceeded our needs.

The room was advertised to have an extra large claw foot bath and a pool. The room we wanted was now available upon arrival. We got another room that had a standard size bath. And the pool was covered( we only guess due to covid)

Excellent location, fair price, hallways cooled, room space great. Breakfast very nice variety. Desk staff friendly and efficient.

a couple of places in our room needed paint scraped and re-painted, smelled of weed in hallways and elevator, had to go to desk for toilet paper for a two-day stay.

Clean and Well kept up kitchen / room. Friendly and helpful staff. Maintain pool daily it was very clean just like the gym room. Very cozy stay and quiet. I will use and recommend them again very satisfied.

Breakfast needs a little work but it was ok.

My wife an i had to stay a whole 11 days because of a issue we had to take care of in Memphis but we absolutely loved staying at Staybridge suites!! From check-in to check-out the breakfast,maid service is second to none!!! Weight room is nice an clean like the whole hotel is,,quiet,clean an in a very safe an in a very upscale part of town,,this is our Memphis hotel from now on!! Thanks y'all!-

Social time in the evening with snacks and adult beverages was great! Breakfast was wonderful! Rooms were clean and staff was pleasant and helpful. My daughter left her coat with her car key in the pocket. The front desk person A. Weatherspoon gave me her email address so I could send her the mailing slip for her to print out and attach to an envelope so the coat could be mailed back to us in Wisconsin.
