I liked that the staff was very helpful. They gave me extra towels for my family and really made me feel welcomed

We saw a few roaches one by the juice where breakfast was being served and one in our room. The are was really bad but thankfully we were able to park behind a secured gate.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! Our stay was great. I have no complaints except with Booking. I booked with the third party for two deluxe suites with two queen beds and a pull out bed when I got there they only had standard rooms but since I booked with a third party (Booking.com) I still had to pay the higher rate. So, we had 9 people (4 teen boys) in 4 beds. 😕So, that wasn’t the fault of the hotel but was very disappointing and inconvenient. Oh and the breakfast was great!

The area seemed a little sketchy but they have secure parking that requires a key card to get in, so that was a plus. There was also a group of suited up police officers that came in to the hotel and asked the front desk what room so I don’t know what that was about.

Very convenient to Graceland and airport and hotel had shuttles to both. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. Room was basically clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice pool, great fridge.

Bathroom not clean. We were not told that less expensive transportation, than person they recommended, to downtown was available, until night before we left. We did not have a do not disturb sign or glasses, other than ones for coffee or tea. Had to request bed be made and clean towels..only done when party checks out. No lotion, pillows not comfortable.

The location is perfect. Its walking distance from Graceland. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room was spotless. We used the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in both New Orleans and Memphis during our roadtrip. On both occasions they were absolutely spotless and our rooms were very comfortable. They will be our goto accommodation on future trips. Very happy with our room . Breakfasts were just perfect for our needs. Very happy here.

Memphis in general is in sad shape. Graceland is a huge tourist draw, but the entire area is run down, closing. This hotel may be a step to help improve the area - it was nice, looked nearly new. There were street repairs near there, but the plates were moved and the gap in the street is scary. Businesses near the tourist attraction? Nope. In general, Memphis needs to improve a lot to keep people coming in. We left there feeling sorry for your city. Probably won't return.

We have stayed here before and have never been disappointed. I am an Elvis fan and whenever I come to Memphis this is where I choose to stay, it is within walking distance of Graceland. The rooms are clean, there is a complimentary breakfast and a shuttle that will take you to Graceland.

There was nothing that I really didn't like. Maybe you could keep the tea and coffee facility open during the day as some other Holiday Inn's do?

Although a slip of paper in the room advised of the daily room service, we didn’t get any apart from emptying the bins. If you are not staying for 4 days or more you have to ask for service but nobody told us that, poor this for the hotel price we paid. Even so we still loves the hotel

The general manager, Tina Minor, was very pleasant. She talked to my mom and I by the pool. Santana was in the middle of taking out trash and he stop doing it for a brief time to bring my family towels by the pool. Marcus, who was very busy handling the phones, made time to check out the guest laundry services for me.

The price of the room was high but I did book it two days before arrival...instead of in advance.

Clean, comfortable rooms with plenty of space, nice shower, nice property overall. Seemed new and very close to Graceland and the airport.

Everything was lovely.
