Folks, this place does not look like much. MOF to see it, you'd drive on by. The staff is very friendly and helpful with local knowledge. The rooms were clean! And perhaps best of all, it was a secure property with fence and gate. Very close to interstate which will get you where you need to go. I AM NOT A ROBOT! 😆

Location is not great as far as neighborhoods but I felt safe at all times!

Friendly staff, comfortable, clean, cheap, gated and close to the airport. Only a fridge and Microwave in the room, so Uber eats or Subway is a 10 min walk. Petrol station 2 walk away. We used this as a stop over while on our way to Nashville. 1st day down Beale street, 2nd day Graceland which is plenty.

Nothing I didn’t like, for the price and what I was expecting and location. However I think cutlery could been provided, bowl/plate ect. Nothing is close by so without a car you need an Uber which are really handy. Memphis a whole doesn’t feel that safe, don’t be walking too far or at night, several locals told us this.

Excellent, comfortable, affordable Lodging. Staff was excellent and friendly. The cost was very affordable, considerable its location only about a mile from Graceland. It was more than i expected for the cost. Security was great because it was locked and only allowed access was with registration key card. There were no breakfast services onsite, however nearby restaurants were available. Access to freeway is only about 1/4 mile from Hotel. Overall GREAT Facility.

ALL WAS GREAT! No Criticisms. The hotel does not have a pool.

The location was very close to where I was going for my 3 day visit. I felt secure with the camera's and gate around the property. The bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly when I seen them walking around during the mornings. I would stay again, but make sure to tell them NO HOUSE Keeping until I leave.

They do not have signs for the door, House keeping woke me up knocking on the door 2 days, and I did not need to be woken up. I stay to myself when I travel and do not need to get new towels each day. I sometimes have my own too! I asked for them not to knock on my last day to jut wait until I left, which they did BUT they started cleaning the rooms on each side and moving out stuff that woke me instead of a knock. Not sure how close to the Airport but sounded like planes a couple nights.

Great little motel, close to the airport and Graceland. No breakfast or coffee but it is a short drive away from any needs you may have. The room was sparkling clean and the mattress was very firm and comfortable. The room does have a fridge and microwave if you need them. The location is somewhat industrial but close to everything - the building is very secure with locking gates at night. The front desk attendant was very helpful and ensured we maximized the most of our time in Memphis by providing excellent advice on what to do.

No coffee or breakfast but the price is so reasonable and the building so clean it doesn't matter.

Very very friendly staff, good location and VERY secure with the automatic gates. Was very clean, they offer smoking rooms if you want (I smoke but don’t like smoking indoors, so they have me an ashtray to keep outside the room). Comfy bed, pillows, etc, was all very clean too. Worth the money and very close to Graceland

Only slight issue was the very bright lights which light up the car park at night, which kind of shone into the room through the curtain at times, but it wasn’t the end of the world.

Good security so felt reasonable.safe. The staff were extremely nice and had a very approachable manner

The drawers smelled damp/musty so I kept my clothes in my suitcases as I did not want them to smell The seal on the refrigerator wasn't working. I wet along all the way round and put my suitcase against the door to help hold it shut. It worked and eventually I was able to discontinue using t8he suitcase

The best 1 star hotel I have ever stayed at! The staff was super friendly and professional Whole area of hotel is secured and there is a gate to enter using a card EVERY DAY THEY WILL CHANGE YOUR TOWELS and ask if you need anything which is unusual for 1 star hotel Paid laundry on site open 24/7 and snack machine Rooms are e super tidy and bathrooms look nice Really good price for stay compering to what you will get Located near main road but in very quiet area Super close to Graceland (3 min drive or 20 min walk)

Nothing, everything was perfect. For the price you pay you will get much more than anyone would expect from 1 star hotel. On top of that the location is really good.

The room was obviously newly renovated and very nice. Bed was comfortable. No frills but exactly what we needed for our stay. Staff were very friendly and very helpful in offering suggestions for our stay. Would definitely stay here again. The property being fenced and gated felt very safe.

An extra blanket or two would be nice as we got chilled during the night with just the thin bedspread.
