Although obviously an older-style motel, it was very well-maintained & had been modernized in many ways. Delightful, peaceful & pretty central courtyard. Room size was larger than expected. Mini-frig, microwave, in-room coffee, & NUMEROUS USB & electrical plug-ins. Very clean room, full (hot) breakfast, & every staff/employee we encountered was helpful, pleasant, & a worker-bee with hustle. All this plus easy access from highway & unbeatable price/night so it was a total SCORE!

I'm not coming up with any negatives.....

Breakfast was quite fine and the breakfast room was very spacious and comfortable.. Staff were always accomodating if there was anything needed.....Even suggested good shopping and restaurant locations. SUE at the desk was the loveliest woman to meet, with a particular kindness that was so welcoming. Lucky to have her working for you! Thanks so much SUE.

Some steps and grounds needed repair....low point in the parking lot (left of the front entry) created puddles, so those spots could not be used after a rainfall, unless you wished to step into the puddle getting out of your car?

Another a long week it was time to unwind. I wanted to be far away from human and have quiet time to relax. The check in process was simply with no hassle. The front desk clear was very welcoming and he’s only worked for the company 3 months. It’s difficult to find ppl that are kind when you’re trying to have a perfect getaway for a reasonable affordable price. The rooms are cozy and the A/C was on another level. Blowing snowballs I was in heaven. As quiet as kept this is my new getaway location.

I watch my surroundings and notice any little thing. The ice machine could be in a better location, instead of near the bottom of the stairs where it’s very dark and a blind side.

food area around the facility was very clean, you could see the staff going around and cleaning and picking up items that needed to be thrown away. The staff was awesome and answered all of my questions. The rooms were very very clean and quite honestly I was thankful that it was hard for and not carpet, lol.

Our only complaint, was the commode. if you have to go number two, you better do it somewhere else. The commodes do not flush well! They are designed that way to save water. We had to have a plunger brought to us the first night and kept it our entire stay which was Wednesday through Saturday. It was very embarrassing to have to call for a plunger. also, this was in the middle of May and although they do have a swimming pool, it wasn’t open. It had a cover on it the whole time.

Location was good for what we needed to do. Staff very polite and very helpful. We had an I.T issue and a member of staff source a repair shop for us, and we got sorted

Out of all the Motels that we stopped at on our road trip, this was the most basic breakfast, could have been better by having a few more choices

The accommodation was comfortable and clean. Would be a lot better if you have a car. Was quite away from Memphis itself so got taxis everywhere which worked out to be expensive. Danny helped us in setting up the Uber App and recommended different places. Was very helpful.

Shame the pool wasn't open.

Comfy beds, lovely staff who recommended places to visit, good location handy for the airport & also visiting attractions :-) the room has everything you need, including a hairdryer and an iron. There's also a coffee maker :-)

Location to Graceland and Beale street. Both a short drive away and good value for Money

No decent eateries nearby. Don’t go to El Char or Burger King
