Every single staff we met and interacted at the hotel made us feel at home. They were pleasant to carry a conversation with and help us with our needs during our stay. The light bulb of the floor lamp in our room was missing. The staff was so quick to fix it for us. The best part is the pool and basketball court where kids get to play together. It is close enough to places we wanted to visit, e.g., Stax MuseumGraceland, as well as to phamercy, stores, and restaurants. The choices at breakfast were fantastic, fresh with lots of varieties!!!

The kitchen is functioning and yet needs a bit of facelifting. The stove was rusty, but we made do. Like I mentioned, the people there will make you feel at home, so overall, we loved our stay! Thank you (Shanika). Sorry if I misspelled your name.

Great breakfast!! Staff was great!! The breakfast selection was perfect!! We had a variety to choose from, it was better than IHOP to me and the best part it was free with our stay. The coffee was fresh and hot.

The only thing that I didn't like was that the pool was closed. I understand that the weather may have played a part but just to have that option would have been great. some people including myself just wanted to put their feet into the water.

Comfortable and clean nice laundry mat plenty of parking close to everything food shopping etc

Counter tops we're not clean had sticky stuff on desk and kitchen counter and left over rose petals around the foot of bed left by last guest and the kitchen table light was out as well as the light above the stove top

Great staff and location. The premises were clean. Could have used a skillet but there was a Walmart close by

The picture seemed like the bedroom was separate from the rest of the rooms. This wasn't a suite, it was just a hotel room with a couch that let out into a bed. Also, one of the eyelets on the stove did not work

I liked the area it was in ..surrounded by lots of restaurants and stores… didn’t have to get on the interstate to get where we was going.

Bathroom could have been been bigger

Convenient location and parking facilities.

Housekeeping is a little lacking and furniture needs updating.

Breakfast was awesome, staff were awesome!

I booked for double queen beds when we got there there was no room for the one that I reserve, then they move us to another room that has no AC but they have the most excellent staff she fix and accommodate us.

location is right next to everything

the smell when you enter to get to the rooms. and the room filters need to be changed, the carpet smells like damped old towels, and the thermostat is messed up you couldn’t tell what the temperature was on. the sink was stopped up in the bathroom. the pillows are not firm at all they were very flat, and the beds are uncomfortable, back pains all night. other than that it was a great stay.

The breakfast was very kind,alot of people don't eat pork so it would be nice if you could have some turkey sausage or beef and label it so the people will no what they are eating
