The staff was amazing, kind, friendly, and professional. Maria, Rick, Partha, and Devi were especially friendly and courteous. They accommodated us during our move to the area from a different state. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping the place clean. Even though they had some maintenance work going on, it never interfered with our stay. They allowed our family pets stay as well. I would highly recommend this place for a night or extended stay, I'm sure you should have a similar experience.

The breakfast was well stocked and clean area. When one of the items got low, I believe, a manger was telling each diner that more was coming and fast and efficiency was replenished. Room was big updated and you could smell the sheets were clean. Great value did not expect such a nice room! Bathroom was nicely updated and very bright plenty of clean fresh towels. The attendant at check in was fast and so friendly. Enjoyed the location away from the hustle and bustle. Indoor ool very warm and fairly clean it's just smaller and most likely in high demand. Easy trailer parking. Outside was being cleaned up when we arrived.

This is a great place to stay if you are traveling with pets. Their rooms on the first and second floor are pet friendly with vinyl floors. The pet fee is reasonable; $25 per pet with a max of 2 pets. The location is out of the busy area, but a short drive to all the attractions . Staff was friendly. The pool looked nice. I liked that an exercise facility was onsite; 3 treadmills, a bike, weights, and elliptical.

The bed sheets felt a little damp and a bit musty. Being that we were in a pet friendly room, there was a bit of a dog smell. Breakfast was good, but they didn't have the full breakfast during the week day.

The room was large, it had all the essentials a nice room should have. No carpet that is a plus. Clean as a whistle. They also have regular sized shampoo and conditioner not the mini ones. I liked the couch with the lounger. It was also clean. That is a nice change.

Squishy breakfast eggs. And no milk or regular creamer for coffee. They did not provide a fruit choice. You had a choice of a bruised apple or a shriveled orange. All of the breakfast meat was gone an hour before breakfast was over.

Every staff member that we encountered were friendly and helpful. *When the pool ran out of pool towels we requested and were provided with more. Within 10 minutes someone was in the pool area restocking pool towels. *When we got in late and requested late check out we were met with a friendly yes even though the hotel was full (bonus... No one knocked on our door before noon which is a common issue in many hotels!) Although not big, the pool was pretty cool, with part of the pool being a hot tub. This pool also had the warmest water of any hotel I've ever stayed in. It was NICE!! Great free breakfast in the morning. Hot coffee was available throughout the day during our stay . Beds and pillows were cozy and the room felt clean overall. Lobby is a cozy place to sit and visit. There is also a small business center. Although we didn't travel with our pooch, this hotel does allow pets. Our room didn't smell of pets. Once or twice there were pet puddles in the lobby and the staff was immediately cleaning and disinfecting... In fact they seemed to be cleaning almost constantly **I noticed other reviews mentioned noise from traffic..I requested a room on the back side of the hotel... Problem solved!

Some areas of the hotel such as elevators, some seating, and carpets looked worn/aged. While we never heard anyone in the surrounding rooms, the noise from the hall does travel to the rooms Pool deck is extremely slippery tile. We used pool towels to create a walkway after everyone in our party slipped at some point. Sometimes the smell of cleaning products was overwhelming. Larger luggage carts were rickety and covered in per hair... This wasn't an issue with the smaller carts as they don't have carpet type material on them.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool hours were excellent. We were there for a volleyball tournament and this allowed us to enjoy the amenities offered at the hotel. We also liked the parking in the back of the facility. I have mobility issues and slopes are difficult. This entrance made it easier.

We were there for a volleyball tournament and our call time was too early for the breakfast hours. Having something like a muffin, piece of fruit and a bottle of water would have been a great offering for others in this same situation.

You could bring your pet. Staff very helpful. I mentioned wanting to buy certain items & they recommended stores with great prices. Location easy to get in/out to main highway. Good, free breakfast. Beds were super comfortable. The whole facility was kept clean. Stayed here before but without my dog.

Thought a little pricey on having a dog—$25 a night. Not sure though because this was the first time I ever took a dog.

Customer service was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful; the rooms were nice, we really enjoyed the heated pool; loved the location..it was surrounded by a lot of shops and restaurants

The hotel is pet friendly which I didn't mind at all, however there was a dog right above us who barked non stop..I'm assuming whenever his owners left, he would be in a cage so he barked constantly but it was different times of the day..other than that I enjoyed our stay

Nice quite place in a good location close to the highway, but away from Peigon forge crazy traffic. Nice and clean. I also like how the sink and bath and toilet were in its own room. Almost every hotel in this area has it set up with a very small bathroom with no sink or countertop the sink and counteracts are next to the beds which is ok for 1 or 2 ppl but with a family washing ur hands or brushing your teeth wakes everyone so I'm glad this one was more of a traditional setup with everything in the bathroom. I also liked how the bathroom has full size shampoo conditioner and body wash.

I only have a few issues with this hotel 1st being the cleaning lady decided to start Vacumming the hall at 9am with a super loud vacuum that woke us all up. 2nd was the mattress need to be flipped and or replaced our first night I slept next to the clock and center table where the plugs are and it felt like the springs were pressing hard again my back woke up feeling like I got ran over switched sides and didn't get the same pain unfortunately my son had the same issue so we were forced to alternate sides.

Our room and bath were spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast has gradually improved since we have been staying at this location off and on for over a year.

This hotel has been remodeling and updating for a while now and looks better each time we stay. There is still some work needed on maintaining the landscape and beautiful large planters are begging for someone to plant them professionally. There is one planter with a few random petunias but there are several others scattered about that need to have some creative planting. It would give the new lobby a welcoming facelift to have the planters looking good. Also, the effort in updating is apparent but the workmanship is poor. The cleaning staff is excellent and busy all the time, mopping, sweeping, tidying.
