It was a very clean and modern facility with a super comfortable bed. The staff was very pleasant and professional. The breakfast was very good.

There is no elevator to the second floor. My husband and I are older, and it was a struggle to climb the stairs with our luggage.

Breakfast was awesome especially the super cool coffee maker! Stacy was very helpful showing me how to use it! Enjoyed talking to her and the owner Shawn. By far the cleanest place I have ever stayed.

The hotel is on a hill and there is a really pleasant place to sit out side with big chairs on the hill. Actually there are two spots like that. The owners must be born again Christians as there is little bible readings around, but they do put effort into running a comfortable and well maintained hotel. good standard hot breakfast with pancake maker, etc. This is clearly a property that is well taken care of that the owners really care and put effort in. It is cheerful and updated. It is right off the highway so great for a night on the road.

It was all fine - It is like a motor in, so if your room is on 2nd floor, you walk up stairs outside. As far as I know there is no elevator to the 2nd floor. But that was fine for us.

First, the hotel is old, so be sure to set your expectations accordingly. In spite of the age, they had obviously remodeled. The room had quartz countertops around the sink and the floors were updated. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The room included packaged snacks and small bottles of water which I thought was very thoughtful. The room was very clean and I didn’t detect any mold or anything that concerned me.

The doors to the room were exterior but that’s a personal preference.

My daughter goes to University of Tennessee. She needed help moving into a new apartment, so I got off work, drove 6.5 hours and didn’t arrive until 230am. We know Kodak is the perfect stop when arriving late night. My wife booked my room and I was a little worried because when I travel alone she is less particular about where I stay. However, this hotel exceeded my expectations with such a reasonable rate. One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. Also, friendly staff even with a ridiculously late arrival. Location was easy to get to and felt very safe.

The property was very clean, the staff was friendly and responsive, the location was convenient to the area, the nightly fire in the fire pit was lovely and the complimentary breakfast is very good.

Our only problem was other guests hanging around outside and being noisy late into the night on the last night of our stay. We chose not to report them so it really does not reflect on the hotel staff.

Breakfast was delicious and fresh in a clean and friendly environment.

Breakfast was simple but good! I like how close it is to the interstate. Even though it looked like a motel from the outside, the room felt like a hotel. Very clean, modern room. Staff were super nice. Room size is comparable to most other places.

I didn’t like that someone could walk by and potentially look in our window if the shades were up. I would have preferred something were we could see out but no one could see in.

The woman at the front desk was so nice and helpful. I liked that it was faith based because of the Bible displaying our room and the prayers on the vases in the breakfast room. Liked the outdoor seating options etc. liked the flowers on the tables Had the special port for my iPad.

The toilet was loose so when you sat on it it made a loud noise. Not good at night when people are trying to sleep. It also kept running sometimes, but we told the front desk and she was going to check into fixing that.

The location was convenient and easy to find. It was close to dining options and the building had clearly been renovated recently. The lobby was decorated for the season, and there was a fire pit with rocking chairs! The paint job in the room was superb, and the window treatments were easy to use and truly darkened the room. The beds were comfortable and the pillows, too!

The bathroom is small, very, but the shower pressure and temperature were great. The staff was wonderful though, and I am most appreciative of them. The storm kept some of the staff out (roads were icy and dangerous) but the stuff who were there went above and beyond to make us feel safe and welcome.
