Breakfast was good, people prepping it were friendly. Everything was nice and clean. We were right next to elevator which worried us, but we never heard it in room which surprised us.

Maybe I am old fashioned, but I would like to have some place to lay out my suitcases. We had to use the sofa and if staying more than one night it's not convenient to have to close them up or move them to go to bed. It also leaves no place to sit down. You want people to reuse towels to save water and costs why not provide some place to hang them up to dry, only place to hang them is on shower curtain rod. Something to hang up hand towel would be useful also. Lights over sink have two light bulbs on each side but only one bulb was working on each side using mirror was darker than should have been.

By far the cleanest and best amenities of an average cost hotel we have stayed at in the Pigeon Forge/Sevierville area. Well worth the marginal difference in cost over some other options that were built like Soviet-Era projekts. The shower had amazing pressure and delightfully hot water. We had been here several years ago but forgot which hotel it was, finding it again was like putting the shoe on Cinderella. Night staff on check in was very friendly, responded quickly to inquiries (via text, no awkward phone call to the desk!), and had fashionable hair.

Breakfast is decent, if average. Didn't really expect high end, and breakfast area is small for a busy morning crowd. There were some spots on the fold-out couch sheets (probably missed because noone uses those) but they were quick to resolve that.

Extremely clean! Outdoor patio with fireplace was our highlight of our stay! Decent breakfast, Small decent size gym, lots of safe outdoor parking lot space to walk for a exercise, simple but modern decor with modern charging ports for devices. Staff was most welcoming and in my opinion, this hotel ranks better than some 4 or 5 star hotels. I would stay at this hotel again and again and highly recommend this hotel. Shout out to their staff and management.

The location was away from Pigeon Forge congestion. Nice pool and fire pit. The lobby and room was well appointed.

The continental breakfast was poor. No fruit, no oatmeal, no bagels, no nuts or granola, the sugary yogurt offered is extremely unhealthy. The eggs offered one morning were fair. The toast selection was just white bread. It seemed people were enjoying the waffles but they didn’t seem to be concerned about healthy choices. The coffee pot was constantly empty. I realize it must be costly to run a hotel and offer breakfast but I think we have enjoyed much nicer selections at other similar hotel chains.

The hotel was nice and very clean. Staff was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was exceptional. Scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy. Waffles, different kinds of cold cereal. Danishes, muffins, bread for toast and jelly. Coffee any time of day or night along with cookies and fresh fruit. Indoor pool. Said hot tub we get there to find out the so called hot tub is in the end of the indoor pool so its the same temp as the pool. It wasn't working the jets were broke. Great location. We were there for an event at the convention center and it was like 10 mins from hotel. But also close to go to Pigeon Forge to the Island, shops and restaurants. If we have to be back in that area we will be staying here again.

My husband is stage 4 lung cancer We both began very ill and didn't get to enjoy the vacation. In bed sick for three days I had to leave early and we were admitted to hospital that evening. He had no wheelchair so it took hours to get him to my Cadillac to get him on the Rd bk home. I am in hospital also with pneumonia and he is later stages cancer I just want him to feel better and Drs think with meds perhaps you could help us make the trip again in few weeks

The sickness unable to enjoy getting him up to see the smokies. I had wanted room with balcony but wasn't available and I used you last year it was very nice and clean

The rooms were very roomy and very clean. Breakfast was really good. It had a lot of choices.i couldn't have been more happy. I planned a short trip with my eighty yo mother and my aunt who had never been up that way. They were quilters and there was allot of quilting shops in Sevierville. It was perfect. I will be back with my husband loved the fire pits and pool. This was a really great place to stay

There wasn't anything I didn't like. A Tour bus came in. I know the staff had everything in place to take all the folks for the breakfast. Everything was hot and they kept the food fresh and hot

It smells good walking in. Lobby is welcoming. Cookies are good. Fire pits outside are very nice. I don’t like the sink in the room outside the bathroom and right at the door when you walk in. it very nice just don’t like where it is. Breakfast is ok. I did notice when we got there that behind the bathroom door it was not clean. Also a dirty hand print was on the wall near the y curtains. Balcony glass door could be cleaned.

The beds were so comfortable and had a great nights sleep. The location was great. Very close to some fast food locations. Very convenient to the interstate. About 20 min drive if going back to Knoxville for UT game. Had a nice area outside with fire pits. The breakfast selection seemed good. Had a fireplace and a nice little balcony. Short stay so really didn't get to enjoy like wanted to.

The only downside to the room was the sink in in the room, The toilet and shower/tub are in a closed off room. The sink being in the actual room makes it hard to get ready if someone else is trying to sleep. Breakfast started at 6 and went to 10. At 8 am was not much left but we may have hit a down time before restock.

The facilities were awesome! The smell inside was great, and the rooms were clean. The bed slept great, too. Staff was friendly and informative. Breakfast was a reasonable time frame.

The only complaints were the loud people in the hall early in the morning, which wasn't the hotels fault and the curtains over the air conditioner. It didn't allow the room to cool properly, and if you moved the curtains, it froze the person sleeping next to it.
