I had called ahead to request early check and was told no problem. When I arrived at 1pm the desk attendant said room was not ready and couldn’t tell me when one would be ready and I had until midnight to check in. When explained that I need to check in in order to get ready for a function at 2 pm, she went to talk to someone so presume the manager. When she returned she upgraded me to a king room from a double at no extra charge so was impressed with their customer service.

Water pressure in shower was a little low.

Well-maintained, clean property. Front desk (Nathan) among others provides excellent attention! Cleaning staff, attentive and friendly. This is a well-managed property.

Location a bit remote, you will need a car or Uber.

The cleanliness, quality of the facilities and breakfast were all excellent and far exceeded expectations given the hotel's price. Staff were polite and helpful.

I liked that they were dog friendly, the room was comfortable, breakfast was nice, staff was helpful and friendly, location was great, and I liked that there was a little walking trail next door that allowed me to walk my small dog.

The room could have been cleaner. The dog found crumbs near the microwave and refrigerator. Dogs tend to inspect every inch!

The staff is amazing the manager and all the staff that work there they make sure they give you a smile and make sure your needs are met it’s not the Hilton but you get the Hilton service

The hotel and room are clean. Cozy room, pillows and bed. This hotel does a very nice job with the breakfast which is included. The location is convenient.

The front desk both at checkin and during breakfast, this stay, had rude staff working, which was not the same as what I experienced from a stay a few weeks prior.

Good rate. Good value for your budget. The continental breakfast was good. Quite hotel.

The shower towels need to be replaced. They were old and shabby.

I enjoyed the location as well as the cleanliness of the hotel room. Breakfast smelled amazing although I didn’t have any. Check in and check out processes were super easy and customer friendly. Definitely would recommend!!! 10/10

The hotel air was not as cold as I would have liked it to be but of course it could have been owner operation. The remote was not covered like other hotels I have visited since the pandemic has started.

The cleanliness was fabulous! Everything was great, lots of restaurants within walking distance!

The eggs were a little dry and potatoes were a a little to over seasoned
