It wasn’t a five star hotel but honestly for the price and location it was for me. We were over there to shop at the galleria and it was extremely close to everything we wanted and needed so why waste our coin on an expensive fancy hotel. It was safe well lit and not noisy at night ( I had a toddler and baby and room was big enough for a playpen with more than enough room)

I mean of course the bedding could have been better but like I said for the price well above my expectations.

The room was very large !! Personal hot tub was excellent!! I had working AC, fridge, TV and hot water !! Room was clean. Lots of space and many restaurants in the area

The trash was kept on the other side of our room in a stairwell. Oh my goodness a good cup of coffee is required to start the day off and there coffee was so weak you can see completely through it. Breakfast was horrible. Basically your choices are waffles, cereal , yogurt and bananas The gym hasn’t been open in years and the pool water was very cloudy

Well my first room was a nightmare but once I upgraded to the executive King suit I was fine!

The AC units all have black mold, and the store is always bare. Also they charge a 100 deposit and never waive it even though they're a choice hotel, and voice waives deposit if you pay with card. **This is not the hotel for people with severe allergies, and breakfast has been pretty scraggly....

I reserved another week. The rooms are very spacious and family friendly. Hot breakfast is always a plus because I have teenager's. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

The carpet in the room a bit out dated and had a certain smell. And I feel the elevator could be updated as well and the hallways need more up keep.

I never ate the breakfast but the staff was great prompt to fix any issues and always very helpful. Mehak the lady at the front desk was especially helpful, always greeted me with a smile, and made sure the stay was as perfect as it could be.

The refrigerator is very tiny and there is only a microwave. I like to cook sometimes 😁😁😁

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. Staff was great, friendly, and helpful.

I didn't like that I couldn't stay longer. I have been to this hotel before and will come back.

I like that it was clean and very roomy. Staff was friendly. And decorated for xmas lights was very inviting

I didnt like that they dud not have the adult channel

I just loved the lady at the desk. Ashh is such a sweetheart and so accommodating to every guest I see her interact with. She truly makes the stay as enjoyable and problem free as possible.

Guest services never had clean towels. I stayed there almost 3 weeks and had to get towels from the front desk almost daily and it is so inconvenient.

It was good, the only thing is that when it was time to check out which we did between 8am-8:30am no one was at the front. A member of the kitchen staff said someone was supposed to be there at 7am and he said no one had shown up.

I love the room and swimming! breakfast in the morning

No Swimming towels, I didn't like that they didn't have sausage draw bacon for breakfast
