There were barely any carpets - which is one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. Although the property has more of a motel feel, it was clean, in a good location, plenty of parking, and with tons of shops within a walking distance. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and had all the basics.

I, personally, have no complaints. But just fyi, as with most hotels, the AC was noisy, and wi-fi required sign-in through the hotel website. Although I wish that wasn't the case, this seems to be the standard. So this is just something to keep in mind. If you care for breakfast, I don't think they had that option.

I liked that it was a good location and they accommodated us with a room near our children downstairs near the pool last minute. Beds were very comfortable for the most part Rooms were nice and centrally located where we needed to be

treat for pests as there were German cockroaches under the refrigerator. I do not know if it was an infestation but did not like the possibility of bringing back hitchhikers from our trip. More importantly, did not like that I was charged again at the room and a $50 security fee that I will have to track after my stay.

The room is clean nice and comfortable

All the dryers are broken and they not even trying to get them fixed. The overnight guy was in the back sleep so hard I was ringing the bell for him for like 30 minutes just for him to tell me they don’t have any plastic silverware for the guess. Also they don’t serve breakfast so they’re lying to people online

The staff is friendly and helpful. My AC knob was broken, I reported it around noon and by the time I returned for the day, the whole unit had been replaced and worked perfectly. The room was clean and the stay was comfortable.

I didn't check the AC unit when I checked in. The knob was obviously broken, I recommend the cleaning staff check all aspects of the room each day.

The room was clean, beds super comfie! Staff helpful, courteous, especially great cleaning people during the morning. Cheerful and great smiles to start off my day! Thank you!

Our room bathtub wouldn’t drain after my friend took a shower , went down to the office to tell them about it, it was pretty late at night and he gave us another room next to ours so we wouldn’t have too move all our stuff far away very professional very friendly staff would recommend.

The rooms were clean and nice. However, there was a double payment and the money was spent twice. I am angry at the employee's careless behavior. Without even admitting wrongdoing. And it wasn't resolved. What should I do with my trip to Dallas that has been ruined?

That the shower could have been a lil cleaner and that the cleaning Pple knock every day and wake you up out your sleep then if you dont answer they just come in like girl

Had to go to the parking lot or other side to smoke I was out side my door smoking was told I couldn't smoke there even know I didn't throw my butts on ground other then that was a good stay

The location of the hotel was excellent. It was near plenty of restaurants and places to shop.

The mattress was not as comfortable as we anticipated.
