Everybody working there is polite, and the rooms are clean, and the coffee in the morning is the best thing. And all the times I stay there before I don't know they had breakfast. And it was just some donuts and granola bar in a bottle of water but it was better than nothing!

The only thing that was wrong, is that there's no microwave in the room so we couldn't eat food that needed to be warmed up! And there wasn't a little fridge in there room, because my wife is diabetic and we need to keep her insulin cool at a certain temperature! And the pool was empty and dirty and that was probably one of the main things we're looking forward to!

Parking lot had plenty of parking and lighting. The heater worked and the bathroom had hot water. The room was clean and included a table and chair to eat meals or work on computer. The room had a refrigerator and microwave.

The air conditioning and TV worked great unlike every other low budget motels in Amarillo.

The keys always need to be redone when you leave and come back.

I like the location. Close to Walmart and some tourist attractions, and good places to eat.

The parking lot seemed kind of sketchy with vehicles with flat tires or in need of repair. And, the group of cats that hung out back.

I believe that there was a 'bag' breakfast, which was better than no breakfast. Can't remember much of anything else, it's been a while so I don't remember well. We travel from CA to AR and back about every other month, staying at 1 hotel each way. This was one of the better. We usually take the southern route, Hwy 10 but because of the Bezos or whoever satellite shots taking place near Van Horn, we took the northern 40 route. So probably will not be in the area again.

A little more choice of breakfast. There were juices and muffins inside a stapled brown bag. What if I had been allergic to chocolate? or the juice 'hidden' inside the bag? Allow me to have the choice...please!

The room was spotless, the electronics worked well, water pressure in the shower was decent & the bed was comfortable. Decent location & very kind staff.

The outside door to the room was somewhat worse for wear & getting it unlocked took a few tries every time but it locked well enough from the inside.

The service, Jenny was a great help with my stay and very helpful.

comfort was excellent .parking is great ,but I am handicap but never get a lower floor room .I'm an amputee .

Seemed very old needing renovation Very overpriced and for breakfast they gave u a brown bag with water and 2 cheap sad items in it. Also no ice the machine was broke. The ratings were way off for this hotel.
