Receptionist was very welcoming, helpful and informative. We found the bed and pillows to be especially comfortable. There was plenty of space for all of our suitcases. Our room was well appointed with nice touches, eg a box of tissues. Our room was very clean and in very good condition. It was good to be able to walk to a nice restaurant close by. It was lovely to have scrambled egg on toast for breakfast rather than ultra processed food.

We found our fridge to be noisy during the night. We reported this to the duty member of staff. We prefer two bedside tables rather than one. More sockets at table height would be better for using a kettle and recharging electric toothbrush. However, this was a superb hotel.

Breakfast was just fine. Eggs and sausage were hot and cooked the way I like. There were waffles which seemed to be popular. Toast, juice, coffee, tea and various other breakfast foods like bagels were all available. The eating area was clean and tidy. All good

The breakfast made available provides a more than adequate selection of quality breakfast foods and the dining area is clean and comfortable. For a free breakfast benefit served daily it’s difficult to be to judgmental. If I had to find a fault I guess I’d say maybe add bacon and some fresh fruits, but sincerely I think their breakfast is just fine as is.

The staff was very friendly and the facilities are comfortable. The breakfast was much better than most budget hotels with scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, and more. Everything feels safe, which as a lone traveler I appreciate. I find this a very convenient and pleasant place to stay.

There are no elevators, so that can be an issue for some. The shower had a shower head that could be adjusted for different sprays, but it wasn't working well and was stuck on a spray that wasn't very effective.

Thanks to the staff for your attentive attitude. At our request, we were provided with a room with a large bed. Quite normal breakfast. There was an outdoor pool. The location is convenient, easy to find the hotel and not far from the highway, moreover, it is quiet and good to sleep on good bed linen. We personally especially remember this hotel because we met friends there quite by accident, it will leave an impression forever.By the way, not far away there is an excellent colorful cafe for dinner.

The staff's communication at Baymont was outstanding. They were attentive, friendly, and eager to assist, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. The pricing at Baymont was reasonable, offering great value for the quality of service and amenities provided. The affordability made our stay even more satisfying.

Baymont by Wyndham Amarillo East has potential, but some improvements are necessary. Special attention to room maintenance and an expansion of breakfast options would certainly enhance the guest experience. We look forward to seeing these improvements on future visits.

The price was great compared to some of the other hotels in the area. We went down to pick my daughter up from West Tx A&M and the rooms near the school were extremely over priced due to the crowd for that weekend. The staff was nice and it was very easy to check in and get settled. Love that they provided breakfast.

The location seemed a little more ducked off than I liked. The beds were not the most comfortable and the toilet seat was very low.

One of the things we didn't expect was how good the room smelled when we opened the room door, it smelled nice and clean, and we had a good rest there, in general, we talked about the experience as a Family and we will return on our next trip to Texas, we recommend this place.

The body soap little bottles, We were a Family of 3, and we found just 2 bottles, and one was filled in half, for the 3 people wasn't enough.

Breakfast was good. It was better than we had expected. Busy, but laid out so it did not seem too crowded, and you could get to what you wanted.

Check-in was a little awkward. When we got to the hotel we went to check-in and there was a sign which said we will be right back. After about a 10-minute wait, someone did finally arrive and began the check-in process. He assigned us a room on the 2nd floor. I explained to him we had asked for a room on the 1st floor because my wife does not do stairs very well and the motel has no elevator. Plus, at booking they had confirmed they could accommodate our request. After a few minutes on the computer someone else entered the office and was able to get us a 1st floor room. They said they were short staffed and were having trouble getting all the rooms cleaned. The room was good, and we had no problems after that one incident.

It was clean, fresh, and quiet. The provided us a room close to a door for ease of taking the dogs out to the bathroom. It was close to a sam's club and an arby's for needs.

They are currently updating the facilities, and the ceiling tiles show water damage from the past. But other than that, it was very, very clean, so I count that as improvements they are still working on.

Everything was Excellent, and We Stayed 2 days, and The Person who was in Charge of the Breakfast Bar, Did a Awesome Job, Everything in The Bar Was Full, Hot, and Clean, and The last day We are leaving Early, She start Making everything Early for Us. And Thas is Something that talk about Her Professionalism, and We Really Appreciate.
