The staff especially the two African American lady's at the desk were extremely kind to me and my daughters situation and let us stay without paying for days on in even tho we did pay in the end they were extremely kind and down to earth and understanding

Didn't get a vacuum as often as I liked but other guests were keeping it from the staff not at all the staffs fault

This location is under recent new management. They are friendly, eager to help and still learning the property. My first night here, I needed a reasonably affordable room due to truck repairs urgently needed. When talking with staff the next morning, they gave me the same price for future night(s) stay as needed. Synthia, the manager, was very helpful and friendly. The new management has a goal of rehabbing the facility and keeping prices in a reasonable pricing level. I really appreciated the talk with Synthia about the property and their goals. When next in the area, and needing lodging, I will be more than happy to use this facility again.

I was moderately disappointed about only having a shower and not a full bathtub. However, this location did not have a mentionable list of negatives. It is an older building needing repairs, upgrading, and TLC. The new management already has plans for renovations to make it nicer

Especially enjoyed the way I was treated by management and staff I know where all my business goes from now on in Amarillo thank you Billy and Beth for trying so hard to accommodate me.. you made it home, above and beyond anywhere else I stayed

The staff are really great. I expected exactly what I found in the room by reading the reviews but truthfully? The exceptional staff make up for a lot of negatives.

Quiet and helpful staff. Easy check in.

The heater didn't get the room warm and was loud. There was a tub/shower combo but no faucet for a bath. Only could take a shower.

I liked the feel of the room.. the staff were kind and the rooms are okay.

The noise outside at night bothered me. A lot of rif RAF.and criminals. But other than that, it wasnt bad. So I'd have to give them a 8 on the good scales.
