Easy check-in, room was clean and decorated beautifully. My daughter was delighted to find the waffle maker was the shape of Texas! Complimentary breakfast was outstanding, and the staff working in the area was exceptionally helpful.

The tile floor around the swimming pool and hot tub had a lot of standing water, so some kind of drain might be helpful. Also, the water in both the pool and hot tub seemed to have something off with the chemicals used but I am also no expert and know nothing about pool water so it might have been how it should be.

The staff was friendly and pleasant. The bed was comfy. The room was plenty big for a handicap room. There was room to move around in it. The breakfast was awesome. There are lots of choices and some great hot selections. The location is perfect for us, and there are plenty of food choices nearby.

We had a handicap room. The room was at the far end of the hotel. That did not work well for me. The only problem with the room is that the head on the shower dripped constantly. Luckily, you could not hear it in the room. If you are going to this location, be aware that you will be going through a busy interchange, and then you have to exit quite quickly after it. You need to know that you have to exit at Quarter Horse Drive.

The breakfast was good. Nice selection. The staff was amazing and everything looked great!

My sister has a prosthetic leg and so we got a handicap assessable room. Unfortunately it was about as far away from the elevator as you could get.. The room was clean and nice, I do prefer a bed that isn’t quite as soft as the beds in our room but other than that our room was very nice. The coffee isn’t very strong.

It was clean and had multiple entrances you could enter and exit from. Staff was amazing, helpful and very positive. Hot tub was actually hot! I was surprised and grateful for that.

Lack of towels in the pool area. The bathroom in the king suite is VERY small. Toilet and sink are so close to each other.

They were very polite. Booking.com over booked at this hotel , which was a hassle, but the hotel management took good care of us. We were traveling a long distance with our two grandchildren and we were ready for some down time.

The property was very good. Our problem was caused by the overbooking by Booking.com

Breakfast was well laid out and plentiful. Breakfast staff was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

The pool and hot tub were closed for our stay. A heads up on this before checking in would have given us time to consider alternate options. Also, I think a discount is in order when a feature like this is out of play.

Easy access friendly staff good breakfast

I’ve been staying here since it opened. The landscaping is in dire need of help. The side door security locked hasn’t worked in three years. The hallway is in need of new wallpaper or paint.

The rooms are so spacious and well laid out for family use! Appreciate moving into the open concept in hotel rooms! The front desk attendant upon arrival was so helpful, even when our initial key didn’t work (one extra elevator ride for kids 🤘🏻).

We stayed at this property twice on our trip, once when we were headed to our final destination and once on our way home. I liked that but was right off the interstate, making it easy to get to. when entering the lobby my first impression was how lovely and updated it looked, it had a beautiful Christmas tree in the corner and a fire going. It was very welcoming. The staff was very welcoming and kind both stays. We had a queen suite both times, I found the rooms to be very nice and clean. I thought it was interesting it had a ceiling fan, I have never seen that in a hotel before. The pillows were a bit weird, more like a square shape then a rectangle. The second go round I discovered you just need to pull on it a bit to shape it differently. There was a hot breakfast served, your typical hotel breakfast options.

The shower pressure was awful and the shower was on the cold side, barely passed for lukewarm. The coffee in the room was not that great. My eldest used the pull out couch bed and you could feel the springs they the mattress.

Everything! You walked in and it was friendly clean and welcoming. The room was huge!and extremely clean.

I liked everything. The motel is by a hwy so.it was a little noisy but not interfering in sleep
