The staff was amazing and very very helpful, the night staff and day staff. I had questions where to go around to see new areas , they gave me a list and wrote down places the locals hang out. I appreciate their service. Even house keeping staff were so helpful. And the kitchen were very polite.

I have no complaints at all.

A few days at breakfast food/drink were empty & not filled during breakfast hours. The mattress was on the hard side & lumpy. Could've been much better.

I would’ve said there was plenty of parking but the day that we stayed there were many electric company trucks taking up all the parking instead of parking in the back of the hotel to let others with normal cars park, the staff didn’t let the company know and many of the people staying had to park further way and walk a fair amount to the entrance of the hotel

The facility exceeded my expectations. It was clean, in a great location and staff was friendly. Really enjoyed my stay.

There is only one Texas Waffle machine and it takes forever to make 1 waffle. Would be nice to have at least 2.

very clean and it looks to have been remodeled. Our room had a separate seating area with another television which allowed us to eat in our room comfortably. it was located right off the highway so accesible to everything. I thought it was closer to AT&T stadium but actually about 10 miles took us about 10-12 minutes to get there. But loved the hotel and would stay again.

My only complaint is that we couldn’t get room service until. 4 days in, we only stayed 3 🤷🏽‍♀️. We understand staffing shortages and COVID precautions but maybe just trash pick up.

BOOK THIS!!! My husband and I came in for a Cowboy game and were worried about the hotel since it was about $100 cheaper than all the others so we were thinking something had to be wrong with it. We could not have been more wrong! Staff was incredibly sweet and helpful, the room was SPOTLESS (this review is coming from a self pronounced germaphobe so you know it’s for real clean), the facilities were amazing, the hotel decor and design felt high end, breakfast was included, the room was so quiet, the air conditioner worked amazing, and I could go in forever honestly. Also another cool thing for anyone going to AT&T stadium: we decided to Uber there and it was only $15 including the tip so it was MUCH cheaper than parking at the location (this can probably be the same for six flags and rangers stadium)

The staff was wonderful. I let the manager know about the young lady at check in and how awesome she was.

Even though it wasn't their fault due to the wreck we weren't able to relax and watch any Netflix like we had planned.

Room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Check in was extremely smooth even though I arrived at 3AM due to a flight delay. Location was safe and managed to get ride-shares easily throughout my stay. Am inclined to stay with this property again in the future!

Complimentary breakfast did not have a wide spread (carbs heavy) but the few things offered were tasty.

Christina at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.

It would have been nice to have towels at the pool. We got the last two out of the workout room and they were very small and thin.

We liked the cleanliness, friendly staff with promptnaction on any request whether items for the room or restaurant suggestions!

There was nothing to not like.
