Shay, was friendly and very compassionate. she was professional and a great delight! The property was beautiful and well maintained. I was absolutely blown away. I’ve lived in GP for over 10 years and never knew. What a gem!!

I lost my fiancée a year prior and needed a change of scenery. I chose this property for the spa. However, the “spa” advertised was not the “spa” offered. We went from a massage to only a hot tub. I really needed that massage ☹️.

Nice atrium, comfy little booths for meetings or working in the atrium. Kids enjoyed the elevators. Gym is pretty well equipped. Big room.

Inconsistent breakfast arrangement: you never know if it's going to be a buffet or a la carte. During our stay we had both, and never knew what it's going to be in the morning. It makes it hard to plan the morning, especially if you are in a hurry. Road construction makes it confusing to find the way to the hotel.

Room was very nice.

No Bell Staff to help with luggage upon either Arrival nor Departure. At a Hotel with this Star Rating, it's most-certainly expected.

The breakfast was excellent!! The room was very comfortable.

Unfortunately I didn’t like the deposit charge per day. Usually I pay a one time deposit fee of $50.00 to $100.00 no matter the length of the stay. Then I usually don’t make reservations directly through the hotel. but used a travel this time. I am an IHG member so normally I call them but the price quoted was different than what was on the conformation receipt so it ended up being more. So I had to cancel it and book through Booking.com which was much cheaper.

The hotel room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Our stay was very enjoyable throughout each day. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens were excellent. The room was quiet and the bathroom was clean and well stocked with amenities.

The roadway immediately around the hotel location was undergoing construction so maneuvering around the area was tricky. This is not a dig at the hotel as there was construction all around the area.

Im a big person that is all about reviews and I trust what people have to say about their stays. so with that said all I have to say is my husband and I loved our stay it was super clean the room and the lobby the hotel in general we will deff be staying their again. the staff was super friendly

the only thing I didn’t like was when we enter the address into gps (iPhone) it took us to like 3 different locations. then I entered the address into my husband gps (Android) took us straight to the hotel… also the pillows for me wAs a no go my husband loved them but If you like more of a flat pillow take your pillow from home

I Like the location, really close to downtown Arlington and a lot of entertainment really close by the Hotel

Our Room did not have a good view at all. Kept the curtain closed because all I could see was rooftop and I requested before I got there to have a nice view they said because I booked online that I just get what I get, and to upgrade would be an additional hundred dollars very disappointing in that.

The rooms are large and clean.

our room was not cleaned for our three nights stay! we asked on the day 3 from front desk to have someone to clean up our room. we came back at 11:00 p.m. to the hotel and they haven’t cleaned our room! Breakfast was ok, but a repeat of scrambled eggs, potatoes, cereal and some fruits. Mostly nice staff with some grumpy ones too! Overall is a comfortable and clean hotel.

Breakfast was great, rooms were clean and smelled good. Proximity to the Arlington entainment venues was excellent and once the road construction is complete accessibility in and our of the hotel will be very good!

Because of the volume of road construction in the area it was difficult to get to the stadium for our event! I do suspect that once this is complete this issue will be resolved!

Everything was nice. The breakfast was good and the location was great.

The room could be upgraded.
